Just picked up my Mark Schneider ring for my 50th Birthday. We ordered it when Mark Schneider was at Spectrum Art and Jewelry in Wilmington NC. It was awesome to meet Mark and know that my ring was going to be custom made to our specifications. Star Sosa was awesome in helping us select a diamond to complete the setting. We couldnt be happier with our experience. We hoped the ring would be here in time for my birthday and it arrived a few days early. They went above and beyond to have our custom order completed. Well be taking my old settings in to Spectrum Art and Jewelry to be redesigned and reset into some kind of new piece/s. Star has an awesome program that allows you to see new designs and make your own one of a kind piece. We are looking forward to designing something new.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS OVERPRICED TRINKET GALLERY. I CONTACTED THE STORE AFTER I SAW THERE ADD AND HEARD THERE ADVERTISEMENTS ON THE RADIO. I WANTED TO PURCHASE CUSTOM WEDDING BANDS FOR MY WIFE AND I FOR OUR WEDDING LAST YEAR. MET WITH 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES ALL PROMISING TO CALL ME BACK WHEN THEY HAD A DESIGN. THE RINGS WE WANTED WERE NOT DIFFICULT AND I PROVIDED VERY DETAILED INFORMATION AND PICTURES OF WHAT I WANTED. I EVEN TALKED TO STAR HERSELF AND ALL SHE WANTED TO DO WAS JUST ORDER US A RING OUT OF A CATALOG AND PUT OUR NAMES IN IT. I FINALLY RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM STAR WEEKS LATER NOT ABOUT RINGS BUT ABOUT PURCHASING CRYSTAL GLASSWARE. I WAS ABLE TO GO TO PERRYS AND HE TOOK CARE OF ME GAVE ME A DEAL.

I am so pleased that I walked into Spectrum and met Star and her staff. I wanted to give my wife a larger diamond/new setting for out 35th anniversary. My wife was very nervous about the process of buying a significant sized diamond and creating a custom setting. The new wedding set is gloriously beautiful. Star scouted for a diamond in the budget we requested and created the design that my wife envisioned. She listened and worked very hard to design with us the unique and exceptional setting that she is now wearing. Star has impeccable standards, very professional and very knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to work with and we trust her implicitly.

My husband and I took his grandmothers diamonds and some old gold jewelry in to Spectrum and had my engagement ring designed and made with Star. I LOVE it, of course, and if you are ever in the gallery, it is one of the ones she has a picture of on the wall...so beautiful and unique. One of the other things I love about Spectrum is they keep track of my Wishlist for me, so there is not a holiday that goes by that I do not get something that I want! (Thanks yall!) ;) (Gotta love that part!) If you need something special, unique or just damn pretty...head on over! Tell them I sent you!

I highly recommend Spectrum, especially if you are interested in pieces outside the realm of normal chain stores. My wife worked specifically with June, who is extremely accommodating, and found all of the staff to be pleasant in her interactions with them. My wife loves her new ring, and was even able to earn rewards points, which she was able to put towards a repair that she needed on a piece of jewelry she already owns. I will return in the future, and definitely find Spectrum to be a great fit for her modern taste in jewelry.
