I just LOVE Reeds Jewelers at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown MD!!! The selection of jewelry is amazing!!! I buy all my Alex and Ani, Pandora (even tho there is a Pandora store in the mall, I always go to Reeds) and other jewelry there (just recently, I purchased a Reeds diamond ring, I LOVE IT, thanks ANDREA!) Andrea and her staff are the best, I LOVE them all. They are all so helpful and wonderful to work with. They ALWAYS have a smile on their faces!!! Andrea, Sammie, Samantha, Sam, Fairy, Laura, Bethany, Savannah, Gabriella, Joe, and if I forgot someone I apologize. I highly recommend them! xoxoxox

This was the first time I had dealt with Reeds Jewelers...wow, should have been going to this place all along! Andrea Lysczek went above and beyond in helping me find a new ring to put my diamond in because after 25 years, my ring broke. She was so "bubbly" and at no time did she pressure me into buying a ring, unlike some other jewelers. My ring arrived earlier than expected and it was absolutely beautiful!! Barry set my diamond into new ring on-site and he did an absolute wonderful job!! If you havent given Reeds a try, please do!!

Every time we come to Reeds they make us feel special when we do not have a way to purchase some of the items, but they are great at price matching so we are able to purchase their items. I have bought a total of 5 pieces of jewelry and they are reasonable on the warranty and great with customer service, even the new people who have started. They make you feel welcome and even if they arent sure, their positive attitude and drive will guide you throughout your purchases. All in all, 10/10.

My husband and I have gotten all our wedding jewelry from Reeds and continue to do business with them because of their family friendly like atmosphere and their willingness to make customers happy! I have had my ring sized and dipped and have never had any issues, my husbands ring was discontinued and unable to get his new size, there was no issue allowing him to chose a different style ring to accommodate our needs. They carry Alex and Ani which keeps me coming back for more as well

I absolutely cannot say enough great things about the staff at this store! The customer service is ABSOLUTELY amazing. Each staff member take care of their customers and help to meet their needs in the best way possible. I have been going to Andrea for two years now and she definitely takes her time to get to know her customers and take care of them! She has a very bubbly and positive vibe that she uses to make her customers feel welcomed. I wouldnt trust my jewelry anywhere else.

I have been shopping at Reeds Jewelers in their Valley Mall location for many years. All of the girls seem to have a good relationship working together which compliments the shopping experience. Savannah, Andrea and Bethany seem like family more so than co workers.Savannah has always been very professional and does the utmost to make you leave happy with your purchase. You can tell how.much she loves her job. To me they are the only jeweler in Hagerstown.

Andrea was very helpful and polite and went out of her way to show me other options of necklaces that she could special order for me. She really went above and beyond. I came to reeds to get the links in my watches fixed and almost bought the whole jewelry store...Joe did an amazing job at fixing my watches..Laura got me a nice discount by applying for reeds credit Card which ended up with a 1500 credit limit!!!!and my watches were fixed for free....Im very happy with the customer service I received today....Great job JOE & LAURA!!!!

I always go to Reeds for jewelry for my girlfriend. Savannah always gives me tips on new items that my girlfriend would love! All the girls are very helpful and always seem happy to see me. They answer any questions I have, and their Reeds credit card lets me make easy payments when I dont have the cash outright for a purchase. Highly recommend stopping in here!

From the manager, to the newest employees....they ALWAYS have a smile on their faces, are warm and friendly and greet everyone, and seem to genuinely care about the customers, their budget, and who theyre buying for!! My mom and I have used Reeds jewelers for a long time I got all my Pandora bracelets there and my Alex and Ani bracelets all came from there. very nice people and great customers service I got a necklace there and they gave me the sale price online I recommend these guys
