Outstanding experience! I had a beyond horrible experience at a different location and I turned to Ed, the store manager, at this Webster, NY location and was delighted at the level of welcoming service and professionalism. I called Ed and was able to get my questions answered the before going to the store and after I got there to have my jewelry repaired he was welcoming and treated me like a friend. My repair came back on time and it was perfect! I highly recommend this location, Ed has a great staff and will make sure you have an experience worth remembering.

Edd, the manager at the Webster, NY store has been with Kay for over 30 years. Because of the meticulous teaching and mentoring of his employees I consider this location to be the most friendly/helpful/knowledgeable/customer focused Jewelry store in the Rochester, NY area.
