I was fearful when Richard awakened with an extremely swollen hand. After you kindly removed his ring, the swelling decreased. Richard is a disabled veteran who is immobile and a transport system is required for him to depart from our home. Your generosity in coming to our home to help us will always be remembered. amazing. the jeweler (scott) built my wife and I a custom diamond ring. The center stone was impeccable and completely surrounded by 8 smaller sparklers making for an amazing wow factor on the final product. Initially, I was most impressed by his knowledge and experience in the field (he perfectly sized my wifes finger at a passing glance), but the quality of the stone and setting are PERFECT. His selection of settings is awe-inspiring and up to date, showing off both antique/classic and more modern styles. It is absolutely no surprise he has been successful in this business for over 30 years. . . . As a consumer, a buying experience like this one is hard to find. . . . its personal, its custom, its affordable, and its just a stunning final product. The local, small-business-minded customer service experience is unmatched. . . the kind you will not find in a large jeweler or nation-wide retailer.

A. Scott Rhodes Jeweler did an awesome job with our custom ring for my girlfriends engagement ring through his in-store selection. We just happen to stop in his store, while on vacation, after a long process of ring shopping throughout the upcoming months. I knew this was the ring for my girlfriend, when her eyes lit up at the ring we found. We were also able to pick the diamond out that we wanted and had the custom ring sent to me when Scott was finished with it. His store is worth the distance in travel for the ring she is going to wear for the rest of her life. Thanks Scott.

He asked questions about her--what she liked--what I wanted to spend--etc. We agreed on a particular ring and he assured me if she wanted something different hed make it right. I dropped off my ring one week ago because I had cracked and bent it. Scott was more than helpful in giving me options to remedy the problem. He told me it was going to be about 3 weeks.. Much to my surprise, I picked up the ring today and it was half the cost I was quoted for the repair. I couldnt be happier with the quality and service given to me and my ring,.. I am extremely happy and will be back!
