I went into Albert F. Rhodes yesterday, with a complicated situation. I had ordered a Chamilia necklace and 3 beads, but due to health issues with my son and finding out at the last minute that I would not be home to receive the package, they were very, very compassionate and did everything that they could do and recommend. I ended up calling Chamlia customer service to tell them the situation so they could intercept the package from UPS before it made it to me, and I ended up buying what I ordered because I wanted to have it before my sons surgery. Also, while I was there, I saw an absolutely GORGEOUS Chamilia bangle they had on display with a purple theme. I fell in love with it because purple is the color of Chiari Malformation awareness, which is what my son as. It was almost like I was meant to see that bracelet, so along with my necklace, I ended up buying the bracelet as well. I cannot say enough good things about Albert F. Rhodes, except that we have used another local jeweler, but will now be going to Albert F. Rhodes for all of our jewelry needs.

My fiance purchased my engagement ring last year at Albert F Rhodes and it is amazing! He worked with Wayne and his staff to combine several designs to find something so unique and special that completely took my breath away. We recently returned to pick out our wedding bands and the whole staff was amazing and accommodating with every aspect of the shopping process. There is a lot to choose from but they are experienced enough to know how to narrow down your choices so you dont become overwhelmed. This was the easiest part of wedding planning by far! They were dedicated to the quality of products they were showing us, and by combining that with their customer service they have won us over as lifelong customers. Thank you Wayne and Staff!
