I wish there was a way to give this store a negative rating. I had a terrible experience with management, in particular the store manager named Anita Black. I had went to the store to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my mother and ended up leaving with additional purchases for my wife. The Jared store sales reps were welcoming and the Pandora rep gave me excellent service. I had made my purchases dropped my wifes necklace to get it repaired and cleaned. A few hours later I get a call to come pick up my wifes necklace. When I return I am greeted by the manager who happened to be scolding a employee and she proceeded to ask me what help I needed. I told her I was picking up the necklace and from here the experience turns for the worst. She inquired further to verify if the jewelry indeed belonged to me, when the other staff tried to vouch for me having been in the store earlier she told them to "hush". She then asked me to provide my ID and even though she saw we had the same last name she decided that she could not release the necklace to me and dismissed me simply with "store policy". Moments later my wife calls to speak to her and she discovers that my name indeed was on the repair slip and signed by myself. She tells my wife to have me come back to the store and hangs up. When I return she did not apologize or try to pleasantly rectify the situation. I proceeded to return my purchased items because she ruined my experience and I did not want to give her store any business since she rudely interacted with myself, wife and her own staff. Worst manager ever.

I rarely write reviews but it was VERY important for me that NO bride goes through what I have been through. I am a very optimistic person so I gave this location not one, not two but 6 chances to fix my engagement ring. My ring was custom ordered to my size & has been in the shop twice because it is a size too big so I have had sizers put in that both have irritated my fingers. Then it was in the shop three more times for one of the main stones being loose. So after speaking with the manager once we came in to get a custom band & werent happy with the person who was helping us design the band I was promised a new ring & that our custom order would be put on hold. Not only have I not received ONE phone call from the manager on the status of the new ring but the charge for the custom band we did NOT approve was charged on my fiancés Jared card. It is VERY disappointing we have had such a horrible experience given we paid for my engagement ring in cash & expect to have the customer service that goes along with a purchase that to us is not only a large amount but very sentimental. It was so bad I left there in tears last time we went so giving ALL brides and grooms a warning DO not go here! If I can save one person the disappointment we have had I will be happy!

I received A1 service from this Jared. I walked in not knowing anything about diamonds. I sat in for a short tutorial and then shopped for my diamond ring. All of the employees are extremely helpful and understanding. They are willing to work with any budget and treat everyone the same. I purchased a ring for just under $2,000 and received the same respect and attentiveness as a customer who purchased a diamond for $8,500 and a setting for $3200. A few days later I returned my ring and picked out a different one. They were very understanding and patient with me. I highly recommend this jewelry store for anyone. It is also kid friendly which is a huge +!!!

I went in to view some rings. The older lady was very helpful however once I found the ring I like I proceeded to purchase the ring. The salesperson asked me a lot of information which I should have known something was wrong because I was paying in cash. As she was typing in my information my phone began to ring. the salesperson ran my credit and signed me up for a jared credit card. I was so angry she did not tell me, she just did it. It has been two weeks and I have yet to get my ring which I am being told my ring is still being fitted.. I will never shop at Jared again.

While the repair work was quality and timely upon pick-up my necklace was knotted unlovingly in a baggie. Then I went to the watch counter and despite the Tag Heuer on my wrist I was ignored because I was dressed in a polo shirt n cargo pants while the counter folks talked and then loittered about the store, they didnt even inquire as I gave a look of interest then displeasure as I exited the store. Contemplating a custom piece for my GF but really rethinking having it made here. Prob wont buy my next watch here either.

If you are spending a large amount of $ on a diamond ring or other expensive item, they are more than helpful and attentive. My husband and I shopped there for a particular wrap for my engagement ring and after they ascertained we werent going to spend a ton of money, they turned very snobby, didnt return our calls. I also have been given the hard sell at a Le Vian show - the prices were all well over $2,500+. As soon as they found I wasnt going to buy the salespeople walked away and left me at the counter.

I took my Tag watch for a new battery and had a terrible experience. After about 3 weeks of waiting, the watch came back with incorrect chrono setting. The minute needle would not set to 12. They said it was broken and had to repair it. It took them another 2 months to return my watch to working order. It would have been nice if they had given me a loaner watch while I waited and would have avoided me writing this poor review.

Employes are always considerate and always helpful! They are patient and always open to give you what you are looking for or give sugestions if the product isnt in the store (rare). Always a lot of differentchoices and jewelry to chose from decently priced for jewelry that is. Overall great place to shop!

If there was a way to give this store less then a star, I would. I walked into the store, where I was greeted by no one. I walked around the store 3 times and no one asked if I needed help. But all the while I was being stared at. I will be writing a letter to their corporate.

Excellent customer service provided by their manager Anita. Went in for a second opinion since I was miss informed from the Jareds at the mall of Columbia about my engagement ring. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. I will be going back as a regular customer ;)

I was told I could setup automatic credit card payments to pay down their line of credit. This is NOT the case. All of my experiences with this company after my purchase has been horrible. Dont expect the same level of service after your purchase.
