Last year, I went to see John for an engagement ring. He showed me all of my options and ended up choosing characteristics of three different rings. Then he custom made the ring for me out of Palladium which I chose and the diamonds I chose. All of his diamonds are top quality. He made some great suggestions but kept it wide open for me to make my own decisions. Absolutely amazing service! And the ring is amazing! He is now making a wedding band to match the engagement ring, again all custom made by him. He has a wonderful warranty, and we can go back to have the rings cleaned at any time for free. I highly recommend J William Jewelers to anyone. They have all kinds of jewelry from various manufacturers along with their own custom work as well. And the pricing is great too!

Its a small town atmosphere with giant hearts. They let you know they appreciate your business. They go that extra step to make you feel comfortable and want to know what they can do for you. Fresh new impressions are very important when your buying fine jewelry. The Quality of a gem is very important but do is the way its displayed not in the store but in the person whos going to wear it. Service is so important. Its the only thing a store can not sell. They have to be committed to you. At J.William Jewellers they give outstanding service. They are honest and Mary Ann has so much experience to share with you about what greens you want and how to best present them. Thats why I gave J. William Jewellers a give star rating.

My husband went to surprise me by buying me a set of earrings, however before he gave them to me I found a better pair and bought those. He said dont worry Ill just return these and you have the ones you want. When he went to return them apparently they dont accept returns and he was told he had store credit. I have never heard of a successful jewelers not accepting returns - check out cornells, manns, charisma. They all have the policy posted on the website this place supposedly had signs up (probably smaller than my hand in 12pt font) that told of their policy. VERY BAD BUSINESS - and when I called to ask them the lady was a complete B****! Do NOT waste your money here!!!!

John and his staff are outstanding! My wife and I have purchased many items from him over the years. This store is everything you could want in a jeweler. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. You get none of the pushy sales tactics as in the mall stores. On the other hand, his prices easily compete with the big chain stores. Skip the mall and support a local business.

Wonderful owner Ive gone to since I can remember. The only thing im surprised by regularly is how much it costs. Its always less expensive than I would assume. Wonderful people work here, and wouldnt go anywhere else for any watchwork. Whether its a simple battery change, or changing your crystal they have your back.
