Being an African American customer dealing with higher end luxury brand has never been a pleasant experience and today I came in and it was the same treatment. I often wonder what makes the black dollar less than anyone else? Or why I wasnt never asked maam do you need some help? Or why security who to my surprise was a black man asked to follow me around the petite store. I actually knew more about the Tiffanys brand and pieces in the store then the associate assisting me. Anywhom, he assisted the white woman I was with helping her place her necklace on and just simply handed me the necklace... I was going in there to purchase the necklace I knew what I wanted so its not like I did anything suspicious... Idk I wont be going back to that store and hope they get some cultural sensitivity training or at least whisper a bit quieter.... So I was stalked at Tiffanys, I wasnt helped, and the two black associates in that store is not enough to convince me that theyre diverse in their views especially with that service I received.

The worst experience ever. I was told I would get my gift by 10am/3pm. I got neither. I had to leave for a flight at 4pm, which was for my sisters wedding which the item was for to wear in her wedding day as my mother passed and it was significant to us and the rep said it would make it: otherwise I wouldnt have done it . I am so upset its not even funny. The Tiffany rep keeps saying its a misscommunication when I clearly told her I had to leave at 3pm on a flight and she promised me it would be in by 10am. This shop is horrible. Been told by multiple people. my fiancés sister is a fiancé of very high professional athlete and even they had trouble with this location. They need people that are honest and take their job seriously. The necklace I was supposed to get was a present for "something new" but Tiffany messed that up. I will never go here again. I will get my money back and never do business with Tiffanys tysons! I will tell everyone I know never to do business here that I promise you!!

The worst tiffany & co store ever!!!! I go over to the 1/11/12 looking for a gift for my father, I walk in to the store no one greeted me when I came in, as i walk around in the store looking for a ring I seen online no one didnt ask if i need help looking for anything, i had to ask them for help. The whole time being in the store i felt judge at by the employees like this person have no money. I end up leaving really upset and never felt being so judge, call up an other Tiffany & co in Chevy Chase told them what happen, the lady on the phone told me to go back in side but i said hell no i never had customer service like this store did to me, i could have went to KAY or another store but ill never will go back to T&C of Tysons i rather drive all the way to the Chevy chase store and knowing Tysons corner is much closer to my house. Never again i will go to T&C of tysons corner this really poor customer services from a store of this type.

Overall had a great experience at this location. I had several pieces of jewelry cleaned and the process was quick and easy. When I picked them up, the gentleman in the back handed them to me in separate pouches. I asked for boxes and was told I could only get a box if the jewelry was brand new. I even had to ask for a bag to put the pouches in. I felt the customer service could have been improved since I had over $1,000 worth of Tiffany items. However, when walking out I asked an older blonde woman if I could have the boxes to put them in and she willingly and happily provided them to me and even gave me a bigger bag without asking. Much better customer service from her and the rest of the employees at the front of the store.

Ive made a few trips to this place to look for the perfect ring for my future spouse. As much as I like the design of Tiffanys rings, I really dislike a few people I got helped by at this location. It seems that theyre too judgmental. Im the customer, they make their commission, whats so hard for them to be courteous to all of the customer rather than who appears to be going to buy their product? Good thing Ive done my research and knowing what I want so its quite quickly every trip. Otherwise I wouldnt be able to handle that kind of atmosphere since they arent very helpful in trying to explain to you of what youre about to buy either. In conclusion, bad customer service!

Do not buy watches here. I purchased a very nice mens watch from Tiffanys. It was a year later before I had the time to get them to fix the loosing time issue. The watch was sent out to New York to have it repaired. They sent me an estimate for $1200 because the oil in the working mechanisms was dried out. I take very good care of my things. This can only have been due to it being old stock when I purchased it as it normally takes 5 to 10 years before any service work is required - that is what I was told when I purchased it. After 10s of thousands of dollars spent here, I will not be returning because of their horrible rip off scheme.

I am giving this a one star review because my credit card information was compromised after making a purchase here. I just bought my wife a necklace their yesterday on a brand new credit card, which was used today to make fraudulent purchases online!! Again, this was a brand new card that I have only used at Tiffany and Co. so there is no other way this card was compromised elsewhere. I would recommend using cash if you plan on shopping at this particular location. Other than having my card hacked due to a lack of security measures by this company, the staff their were very pleasant and their selection of jewelry is amazing.

Im not from VA so I wasnt aware of the traffic on a Friday evening. I was coming from DC to Tiffanys to grab my lil sister something for her graduation (that Friday). I was 3 miles away but pushing 6 oclock. I called and received excellent customer service. While speaking with the manager (nice women) she told me I could come to the lobby door to purchase what I needed as along as I knew what I was purchasing. I arrived at the lobby door and everything was taken care of after hours. I really do appreciate what she did for me because a graduation is once in a life time. I wish I knew her name, she was sooo nice to me.

When me and my daughter walked in there was a small crowd. There were about five people working and a lot of customers. But, after just a few minutes of browsing we were welcomed by Wilma, a very friendly and polite women. She helped us find just what we were looking for, for my daughters bestfriend. She did not hesitate letting us try on the jewlery. She knew about the prices without glimsing at the tag. She was well informed and you could tell she loved her job. Overall the customer service was exellent and next time we need a gift I know I will not second guess going there.
