Just an awful experience, I dont know what has happened to this company. I have been a long time customer and have been loyal to this store in particular but after this most recent experience I dont think I could go back to them. The customer service and customer care has gone down majorly, after years of coming to get my ring inspected and cleaned I was informed that the service isnt included on the warranty plan, that I had and had just gotten lucky for the past years that I have come in. Too much of a coincidence to have a messed up warranty plan and no one catch for more than a decade and twice a year visits to get the ring inspected and cleaned. After a very lengthy debate with the sales woman, and the manager I will have to take this up with the head quarters of the company to move forward. Wont be reccomending this store to anyone in the future.

Severely Disappointed. Have been with this store getting an engagement inspected twice a year under a lifetime warranty for TWELVE YEARS and have had many prongs straightened, even the stone replaced once and this entire process has been covered under the lifetime warranty. And then today, suddenly that life time warranty is gone and apparently was never there. Must be the idiot "new employees fault" was their excuse on how we have made it 12 years with out paying for repairs...well at least part of that statement is true. AND THEN the lady helping us had to go, she has to sell $10,000 and has only sold $2,000... good to know where your priorities are.

Not very friendly people. Due to an injury and illness, I had a hard time walking and when I entered the store the sales woman looked me up and down in disapproval and wouldnt even help me. The only reason I gave a star at all is because the young man working there saw what happened and was kind enough to at least smile at me and ask if he could help. I wont be shopping there for my wedding ring. Its not worth the rude glances. I cant imagine how they would treat a disabled person.

I went in with my cousins boyfriend (now fiancé) to shop for an engagement ring, for my cousin. Prisila and Annie were both very helpful! They went out of their way to find my cousins dream ring in her size and had it transferred to the Winchester store! He was able to get the right ring in the right size in less than a month! They also went out of their way to get him a great price! I have recommended them to all of my friends and would highly recommend shopping here!
