I would have to give them a 3 because they originally were very helpful. I had to get my ring resized because Kay gave me the wrong size in the first place. When I took it back to them, they told me it would be ready in a couple of weeks. A month later I called and they said "oh were sorry we dont know what happened but your ring is here, been here waiting for you to pick it up." In my profession, when something is agreed upon, you call that person and let them know the product is ready for pick up not wait until theyre wedding day or a month after scheduled date of delivery.

you folks suck your night manager is very rude dont know why you hire people like that. trying to pay my bill on line no cooperation. called geneseo all I got is a very rude mouthy person. I am trying to give you money not take it. 3 29 2017 815.pm will never do business with kay jewelers again if I can get them to take my money dont bother me ever again. copy to corporate head quarters
