Really disappointed. I purchased my wifes engagement ring from Heritage in 2010. Vince was such a pleasure to work with that I returned to purchase the matching band shortly after. We were told that since we purchased the rings there that they were under warranty as long as we had them cleaned and inspected every 6 months, but were never given any paperwork on this warranty (I guess this is where we went wrong). We have been getting the cleanings and inspections as we were advised to do and no one has asked us for warranty paperwork. We had the rings resized and soldered together in July of 2016. A small diamond in the setting fell out so we brought the ring in for repair in early January 2017. We were told that we needed to bring something in showing that the ring was cleaned and inspected in the last 6 months. So, we brought in our receipt from the resizing and soldering. Tim told us that this was not the correct paperwork and that we should have a pamphlet where they sign each time the ring is cleaned and inspected. I asked if I could have the pamphlet to get signed for future cleanings to make sure there is no issue on the future and Tim just kept saying that our ring isnt warrantied. At the end of our discussion we were given the ring and not charged for the service of replacing the stone and Tim said he would look into putting the warranty paperwork together and we could return a week later to pick it up. A week later I stopped by the store to see if the paperwork was ready and I was told Tim was on vacation for the week and the paperwork was not prepared for me (Im guessing he probably knew he would be on vacation all week when he told me to pick up the paperwork this week). I was annoyed, but I was patient and just called the following week. When I spoke with Tim on the phone he told me that he would not be giving me the paperwork. He also explained that they warranty their rings now, but didnt do that at the time I purchased the ring. This whole experience left me feeling quite perturbed that I had been jerked around by Tim for a couple weeks. I was also disappointed to find that the warranty that I thought I was purchasing along with my ring by going to a local jeweler was non existent. I raved about Heritage since the day I bought my wifes engagement ring. This will no longer be the case for this jewelry store that doesnt plan to take care of an old customer in the future.

Ive always had nothing but the BEST service while dealing with Jim & Tim. Ive made many purchases at Heritage and its always very easy to deal with their staff. They are very respectful, they make you feel at home and their prices are always VERY reasonable. Its nice to go into a Jeweler and have them call you by your name, thats how great the staff is. They remember their customers. Both Tim and Jim are very professional, not pushy and will help you out every step of the way. I would recommend Heritage to any and everyone.. Years ago, before I purchased my wives engagement ring , I did a lot of shopping around and I mean literally every Jeweler in the city of Rochester. The minute I walked into Heritage, I knew it was the right place. And from that day forward my family would only go to Heritage Jewelers to purchase Jewelry. If youre ever in the market for jewelry, do not go anywhere but Heritage Jewelers. I live in Penfield, which is all the way across the city from Heritage (located in Greece) and I would not hesitate to travel just to do business with Heritage. Ask for either Jim or Tim, youll get treated with respect, they will be honest and they will always stand behind their product. I am very proud customer of Heritage Jewelers and I always will be.

In February 2014 my then boyfriend and I were looking at engagement rings. We had a few places we wanted to look at but I suggested Heritage first because many years back, my mom went with Heritage and I remember their great customer service. When we arrived it was great from the very beginning. We met with Vince and explored the different diamonds and sets, their policies, prices, etc. I had “the ring” picked out but left it up to my boyfriend to ultimately decide on the ring and possibly anywhere else he wanted to look in to. Needless to say he (nor did I) want to look anywhere else! Once engaged we knew we would definitely want to purchase our wedding bands from there as well. Vince has since retired but we are working with Tim who is great and been very helpful! I got the matching band that went with the engagement ring and we found the perfect band for my now husband. Since being married we have moved out of state but ALWAYS make it a point to stop in every 6 months for cleaning/inspection, and to say hi! Thank you to Tim and all the other great employees at Heritage!

My fiance and I purchased my wedding bands from Jim, the owner and master jeweler at Heritage. My engagement ring is antique, and we visited multiple jewelry stores looking to buy something but were unfortunately told I would have to get something custom made. We didnt want to spend over $1000 on one band and not know what it would look like until it was complete, which is why we were trying to find something the stores had in stock. After looking at 10 different stores, we stopped at Heritage. Jim and his staff were more than helpful with trying to find my ideal wedding band. Given that my ring is antique and hard to match with a straight band, we told Jim we were looking for a curved band. He ended up having a band in stock that fits perfectly with the curve of my engagement ring. We bought two bands, one for each side so I can have them tacked onto my engagement ring so the rings dont move around. We were so pleased with our experience and will certainly be going back to purchase anniversary gifts, etc.

Amazing experience! If your looking for any type of jewlery you would make a huge mistake not going to them. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Heritage. We just went back and purchased our wedding bands. All 3 are custom made so I never worry about someone else having the same ring. I receive endless compliments on my ring and always praise Heritages work! From buying an Alex and Ani braclet to our wedding rings, we have always received the phenomenal service. I will NEVER go to another jewlery EVER!

Heritage jewelers has great customer service and made purchasing an engagement ring a very pleasant experience. I found that the price I received was better than online prices and it included many services that online stores could not offer. They also have jewelers in the store which is great. I needed the ring resized and they made it happen for me the same day, within a few hours. I must have visited 15 jewelry stores in the area and Heritage impressed me the most. I highly recommend Heritage!

My husband bought my engagement ring here and we also purchased our wedding bands from Heritage. They were more accommodating and helpful than any of the other stores we went too. We both look young so people dont usually go out of their way to help us when making large purchases because they dont take us seiously. The sale-people never made us feel this way and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Also, prices were fair even with my wedding band being custom made!
