I bought a Wahl clippers special addition there recently and had to exchange it due to the clippers pulling hair and getting extremely hot in my hand. I exchanged it for a Wahl Senior and when I opened the box while at work the clippers inside was covered in hair and all the packages inside were already opened. I turned the clippers on just to see what would happen and it shut off by itself. I was sold a returned none working item. I went back a third time to just get my money back. I have been cutting hair for a decade and have always used Walh clippers and I have never ever had an issue purchasing one before. The first girl that did my first exchange told me the Wahl special edition tend to cause problems due to them being a special edition. Ok. Then why do you sell them? The second time I went back nothing was said not even an apology. Is this normal for people to return clippers not only once but twice? Dont waste your money there. Just spend alittle more money and go through the company or the Barber Supply!

The woman i spoke to was very kind and helpful, full of information and suggestions that were way cheaper options than a salon which would have fried my hair. They seem to have a lot of variety in product, but i am an inexperienced hair product user. I would go here again in a heartbeat for hair help.

Make sure you pay attention at checkout and review your receipts! I was overcharged the last 3 times. Once by over $18 and anther time by over $5.
