I brought my grandfathers antique pocket watch down to get any information about it and the lady damn near pushed me out of the store as fast as I walked in. Didnt open the case, pick up the watch and look it over or anything of the sort. All she could tell me is I had nothing but a "fun watch". Terrible experience and made me feel completely unwelcomed in this family owned business. Thanks for NOTHING House of Watches.

Who ever has problems or think that will have problems with there repairing ; please contact the brand on your jewelry and watch by getting information on the Internet and I assure you they will fix it .
