When I was looking for something special a few months ago, the staff helped me go through a couple of extensive catalogs until I found exactly what I wanted. And gave me the fair price. I have also been pleased with repairs to jewelry (which was purchased somewhere else) at a fair price, including matching and replacing a missing stone on a piece.

Went there for a wedding band and made me exactly what I wanted, listened to all the details I requested. Made sure the color of the wedding bands diamonds matched the color of those in my engagement ring, which I was nervous wouldnt match. Took time to listen to me and go over the details, made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Work was done pretty quickly, took only 10 days from my visit to it being ready.
