The name Bailey Banks & Biddle has always been linked with the Philadelphia area. While a lot of tings have changed over the years, BBB is still an institution in the Delaware Valley. On my most recent visit, I was waited on by Rosalie, whose passion and enthusiasm for jewelry is palpable. She put me at ease, and didnt try to up sell or hard sell me...No pressure sales pitch combined w/passion and a great personality=a happy customer. These sorts of shopping excursions can often be stress inducing but this was the complete opposite. Overall, a positive experience.

Love my rings, but unfortunately the diamonds in my wedding and anniversary bands keep falling out and I have to pay to get them replaced every time they do. Wish they offered a warranty because I do not do anything out of the ordinary and this cost really adds up! Called to get the ring mailed back to my residence and Guy answered and was very nice and professional!
