Been meaning to get this review for some time... Went to Cozzi Jewelers after a lot of research to find the perfect engagement ring. Called and setup an appointment with Paul III. Arrived at the store, store is immaculate and very welcoming. Met with Paul III and we began chatting. I told him what I was looking for and we discussed time frame, design, metals, diamond quality, etc. After a very informative discussion, we had about a good 15 minute conversation unrelated to any kind of ring or jewelry. We found out that we graduated from the same high school and we both still live in the area. I felt very comfortable and welcome. Back to the ring...I had some ideas and he explained everything in regards to designing my idea. Total time in the store was probably a little under an hour. Aside from all the amazing items they had on display and the fact that they only deal with and sell a certain certified diamonds, one of the most professional aspects I will remember is that I was never asked what my price range was. I had been to other jewelers whos first question was "whats your budget?" I actually had to tell him what my budget was. Paul told me, lets find the diamond and ring you like then we can talk price. Class act!!! Long story short... made the decision to buy...went back a few times to design with Paul, was provided updates via text and email. Ring was and still is beautiful. I stay in contact with Cozzi jewelers, as you feel part of the family during and after the entire process. I have referred other family members and they are very happy with Cozzis customer service. If you are in the market for top notch quality jewelry...Cozzi is the place!!

After shopping some stores this past spring in the DC area where I currently live, I decided to check out Cozzi Jewelers in my hometown, Delaware County, PA. After communicating with Paul (son) over Facebook and e-mail he had a good idea of what I was looking for and my budget, and invited me in for a consultation on my next trip up to the area. Once we met in person at the showroom I easily made up my mind that I wanted to work with Cozzi jewelers for my engagement ring purchase. Paul was readily accessible via e-mail or text to address any concerns, which was important since I was purchasing from out of state. He displayed a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the process, and I felt he went out of his way to help me find the best stone possible without trying to push me out of budget. Most importantly, he designed and delivered (in a timely manner I might add) a beautiful ring that my fiancée fell immediately in love with. I will be using Cozzi Jewelers for any future needs and would highly recommend their services to anyone in the market for an engagement ring or other products!

I ended up going to Cozzi jewelers on a recommendation from a friend. I had a bad experience with one of the big jewelery chains and Cozzi came highly recommended. I went in to them with a picture and description of exactly what I wanted, black diamond engagement ring set in platinum with a halo of white diamonds. They even went above and beyond and let my very good friends take delivery of the ring (unbeknownst to me). They brought it to my surprise 30th birthday party (which I also didnt know about) with my family and a bunch of friends in attendance. My friends informed me the ring was there and quietly slipped it to me. I ended up getting engaged to an incredible woman in front of my closest family and friends (including her family!). This couldnt have happened without Cozzi. I cant thank you guys enough! Im looking forward to having you guys design our bands when the time comes. I hadnt even seen the ring until I gave it to my now fiancee and it was better than I had hoped for. Thank you guys for everything!

Paul is excellent at explaining every important detail to help YOU make the decision that is right for you and your budget. He was patient with all of my questions, and made me feel like I was choosing my engagement ring instead of simply paying someone to do it for me. Talk about going above and beyond expectations. I get it, you are probably a guy like me who does not buy jewelry. The thought of getting an engagement ring brings up feelings similar to taking your car to the mechanic shop. "lets just get this over with", is what I thought to myself. I had visions of having to hear my fiance say that she likes it "because it is from me" and "it is the thought that counts". Instead, her friends and family rained compliments about the ring. I catch her staring at it all the time. It really doesnt get old hearing people say "wow" and "that ring is amazing". Go with Cozzi Jewelers.

The jewelers at Cozzi recently made us a number of rings for our wedding. Both Pauls (father and son) were incredibly knowledgeable, as well as friendly and helpful. We explained what we wanted, and they understood exactly what we were asking. The turnaround was incredibly fast; they were done more than a week before the date we agreed upon. The rings are perfect in every way. They are everything we wanted and more. And even though they were custom made in a short amount of time, the prices were pleasantly surprising. When picking up our rings, they actually met us there after store hours, just for us. A small, family owned shop is kind of expected to have good service, but they went above and beyond, making a good buy into a pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Cozzi Jewelers to anyone looking for fine custom jewelry.

From the minute I walked in the door I knew I was at the right place. Paul was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, patient and made me feel comfortable (I was nervous lol). Theres a lot of decisions to make when choosing a diamond and designing an engagement ring, but Paul walked me through each step, educating me along the way. After going over what we were aiming for, I was sent 3D images of what the ring would look like, which I thought was awesome! When I came in to pick up the ring I was ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY! It exceeded my expectations. My now fiancé Ariana is IN LOVE with the ring!!! I will recommend Cozzi jewelers to everyone looking for an engagement ring or any jewelery for that matter. I purchased an engagement ring from Cozzi Jewelers in June 2015 and cannot be happier with the ring and service. Cozzi has a tremendous amount of experience and really communicates it well. Working with Cozzi was a breeze through deciding on a budget, learning about stone ratings, and designing the custom setting. Hes got a really smart approach to getting the most for the money and it pays off. I decided on a stone that Cozzi personally located and it exceeded my expectations - within budget. The custom design part is a huge perk and his experience shows there as well guiding my ideas into a unique beautiful end result. Since my proposal I cant count the complements on the ring and my fiance and I are just super happy. This is my first purchase from Cozzi, but it wont be the last. Thanks!
