Let me preface this by saying, I never write reviews, this is my first review to date I have ever written. I have had great experiences, and terrible and never written a review, but this is the cream of the crop and people need to know the atrocity of this so called "jeweler". Everything started out quite well from every perspective (I am writing from my husbands point of view). He was able to find what seemed to be a beautiful double halo ring because of the help from one of the sales reps. They even set up an extremely helpful payment plan so that he would be able to afford the ring! What more could we ask for from a jeweler?! As the story goes, we moved to Lancaster county, 10 months into wearing the ring, I lost my first diamond so we drove to the shop and personally handed the ring to the tech to have fixed. They obliged happily and we went back home. Upon arrival of the ring in the post, we received a sticky note that stated, "please use common sense, the jeweler said you abused your ring". I dont know if it is just me, but this is not the way to talk to a customer! Especially when my profession at the time was a nanny to an infant and a 2 year old, which requires very little physical work. So, we brushed that aside and we were just happy to have the ring back and we were confident we would not have to deal with the company again since losing a diamond so quickly seemed to be a fluke. 5 months later, I lost another diamond in the same exact hole! So, we took it in a second time; only to be told by the sales rep that I should not wear the ring when I clean, do dishes, take a shower, or go to bed because the ring could not handle this type of "abuse" and once again stated that we were not treating the ring properly. I have never heard such a statement in my life. I know many women who go years and years never taking their rings off, never losing a diamond. This struck me as very odd, but once again we were committed to just getting the ring back. As life went on for another 6 months, I lost yet another diamond!!! The third one in less than 2 years!!! At this point, my husband and I were a little fed up since we spent a fair amount of money on the ring and expected much more. My husband and I decided to finally suck it up after walking around with a diamond missing for a few months and pay for a service from the most reputable jeweler in Lancaster county, Brent Miller Jewelers. When we arrived, we had the jeweler look at the ring. TO OUR SURPRISE, we were told that our ring was actually an antique and was once an earring converted into a ring, this is why the diamonds kept falling out, because it was not made to withstand what a ring can. To think, my husband spent all that money, on what he assumed was a new ring, BECAUSE THE SALES REP STATED IT WAS NEW, only to find out we wasted a lot of money! We were then told it was impossible to restructure the ring. From here we were lost on what to do. We parted ways with our fixed ring. 1 week after getting our ring back from Brent Miller, we lost another diamond! Then, 6 months later I lost yet another diamond! At this point I am walking around with 2 diamonds missing from a ring less than 3 years old! So I decided to call the original sales rep from Musselmans to discuss this terrible case we were having; only to be told on the phone that Brent Miller is a liar, that their assessment of the ring is false, there is no way that he could have sold an antique let alone an earring converted to a ring! The conversation continued on with frequent statements that I dont use common sense and its my fault that I had lost so many diamonds in such a short amount of time. At this point, I was furious with the disrespect and lack of service I had just received in such a terrible phone conversation! I am committed to never dealing with Musselman Jewelers ever again. We now have to pay for a new setting from a new jeweler! My recommendation is to never step foot in this jeweler! There years of service do not merit sales by any means!

Not a pleasant experience. My son and I went in not that long ago. I was inquiring about an engagement ring that I wanted made and looking for a particular colored diamond. I spoke with the owner and his associate for a good twenty minutes, gave information and was told they would bring in some colored diamonds for me to view. Owner had both my email and phone # to contact. A week goes by I follow up with email, no response. I call next day and told they are waiting on shipment to arrive any day. Wait another week, I call. This time the diamonds were sent to the incorrect address and returned to shipper, so I was told, and just a couple more days they would call when delivery arrives. Another week goes by with no response. One last follow up email to the owner and still no response. Not sure if my son and I were too underdressed that day (t shirt and shorts) for their business but we were completely disrespected as far as a paying cash customer. I found Leibish online and had nothing but a wonderful experience in having what I wanted designed, GIA 1.19 carat champagne center stone and they happily did it for under $4100! Apparently Musselmans in Bethlehem does well enough they didnt need my business. Buyer beware!

I bought a necklace at Musselman Jewelers and would recommend the store to anyone. The jewelry and other items on display were unique, the pricing was fair, and the staff was helpful. (They said they do repairs but I havent had anything to fix.) Also theyre right next to the Moravian Bookstore which has tasty chocolate truffles and an old-fashioned meadery. Next I plan to go back to Musselmans to find matching earrings as a followup gift!

My dear friend and co-worker at Moravian Book Shop had Randi designed this incredible charm with a greyhound to go on a sterling bangle because I work with greyhound rescue. Colleen then mailed it to me for Christmas since I had moved to North Carolina at Thanksgiving. It truly is an inspiring work of art and kudos to Randi and hugs to Colleen. Musselman Jewelers must obviously be a jeweler of dreams.

excellent service. I wasnt sure of coming here at first because of the fact that I had never been there before but they perform the best service. Very nice employees as well. They even wrapped up the ring. Ill be sure to come back if I ever need assistance with jewelry again.

Randi has been doing custom pieces for me for years and I love them and get so many compliments on my pieces. They have also replaced diamonds in my diamond rings. And fixed pieces that were priceless to me and my family. I highly recommend Randi and Mussleman Jewlers
