The products are beautiful, but the service was lackluster. The staff member who helped us was very polite and pleasant, but we had to go to three different registers before we could check out. Then we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to had her necklace cleaned. Not the level of service I would expect from a place like Tiffany.

I was really surprised on how friendly the sales associate was when I was buying a soft for my wife. I guess I walked in there expecting some elitist attitude, but I was wrong. They were very nice and helpful. Kodos to Tiffanys! And a little shame on me.

I have met the best sales person at Tiffany & Co in King of Prussia - Beth! Shes so down to earth and has a no pressure sales approach which allows me to feel comfortable making my purchases. Beth and Tiffanys are the best!
