This is the place to go if you are looking to interact with snooty, pushy clientele and staffers that arent overly friendly or helpful. The store is cute, and they carry beautiful things, but they do not go out of their way, when busy, to ensure a good experience. Perhaps it was my mistake to show up on a busy Mothers Day weekend in Champion shorts and a sweatshirt....but when inquiring about a yellow gold pandora chain, I was informed (as if I couldnt afford it) that it was $1500 (guess they didnt notice the $1300 Burberry bag on my arm or the $12,000 in jewelry I was wearing). The person I wanted to purchase for does not enjoy silver or white gold, and instead of offering leather options, etc., I felt dismissed. So, I left and went to Werkheiser Jewelers (also in Bethlehem). I was greeted with better parking, a larger Pandora collection, a nicer clientele, and an amazing helpful, patient, and thoughtful staff. Walked out with the perfect Pandora pieces for my mother. I dont recommend Versant at this time, though Id be interested in trying a non-holiday weekend.

I was a little apprehensive after reading Megans rating especially since I coming from the gym,but I chanced it. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was busy since it is December 23rd but no one rushed me. I was looking for charms for my daughters Pandora bracelet and I was told to take my time thats why they had several sales people working. It was a very nice experience and I will definitely go back. The store itself is beautiful too.
