Worst Jewlery shop Ive ever been to in my entire life!!!!! I give this place a zero out of 10, I call over to get a simple cleaning and polish before Christmas time for my small silver chain and bracelet and was told to come right over to get it done and when I get there the guy says he cant do it it will take him hours which I never heard of that ever, then he breaks my chain, fixes it fast, some half assed solder joint and looks terrible, brown and unreliable!! Then he trys to tell me it was going to break anyway which I know was a lie ahahaha this chain has never been fixed for the 10 years I had it, ever year I take it to the same person to clean and polish it at Jewlers row phila and regret even stopping in this terrible store, waste of my time, I will stick with Jewlers row, dont waste your time or money at this shop people!!! Many other Jewlers/ Jewlery shops who take pride in helping out the customer and do a great job with great customer service plus fully back up there work and products unlike this shop!!
