The End of Customer Service is exemplified at Liztech. We run a wish granting foundation for children battling a recurrence of cancer. Recently when one of our wish boys returned home to heaven - I wanted to send his mom a Gloria angel pin from Liztech (we have ordered these pins in the past). They no longer make a blue Gloria pin (for a boy because they ran out of blue stones) - so I asked if they could add blue stones to a clear angel. The pins are made and repaired by Liztech - so I didnt think it would be difficult. At first I was told NO (they had a minimum order for custom made pins). I ordered and PAID for the crystal pin on line (as is). Cost $62. After I placed the order I called Liztech and asked to speak with the manager. Claudia, the "Production Manager" told me they could make add blue stones to the one I ordered but it would be an extra $10. I agreed and gave her my credit card number. They told me they would mail it out on Monday, October 25.(I placed the order on Thursday, October 20). It is now Tuesday morning - and I get a call from Claudia telling me they DID NOT send out the pin as promised because she had written down the my credit card number incorrectly. This is a REALLY MOMENT!!!! For a $10 charge and for a mistake on Claudias part they didnt mail out the pin as promised??? (Lets remember that the $62 part of the payment was made and processed!). And why didnt they call me on Monday??? I really try to shop at small business and you would expect them to flexible and provide great customer service - but this is not my experience with Liztech. Next time I will purchase the angel pin from Macys for $20!!!!!!

Locally created mirror and wire jewelry. Im not a huge fan of these pieces in general, but there are more than a few that I like. The showroom is a nice place to walk through. they create many pieces for use as fundraisers for various local organizations.
