I met Gary and Norma Mann when another jeweler was unable to help me and referred me to Norma. I needed help choosing jewelry for my friends and family as thank yous for helping me with my wedding. Norma was patient, listened to my needs, paid attention to my budget, and helped me find appropriate items for everybody. My husband and I came back to purchase our wedding bands and chose antique rings that we were very happy with. Gary and Norma were kind enough to give me advice on care and cleaning of my engagement ring that I hadnt purchased there and Gary cleaned it for free for me before the wedding. We were so pleased by their service that I purchased a beautiful pair of pearl earrings to go with my wedding dress. I had so many compliments on them, and it was sweet to be reminded of how we were treated so well because wedding planning can be stressful. If we ever need anything else, I am happy now to have the Manns as my jewelers. They have a great selection and they creatively work within your budget. Clearly, they love what they do.

As a longtime close friend to Gary and Normas daughter, shes served as a model of the unique and gorgeous designs from her parents store over the years. When it came time for my (now) fiancé and I to design an engagement ring, there was no question we were going to Gary and Norma. Throughout the process, Gary and Norma were enthusiastic, creative, professional and flexible (both with schedules, and my fiancés budget!). Both Gary and Norma listened carefully to my tastes, specifications and ideas and transformed those budding thoughts into the gorgeous pear-shaped, rose gold ring I have today. I still cant stop staring! The love and care channeled into creating this ring certainly outshines any diamond. Both my fiancé and I would undoubtedly recommend Gary Mann Jewelers to anyone in search of the custom ring of their dreams, and beyond! We are both beyond thankful!

Private, honest, local business, been here for years. They care deeply about customer service. Gary offered to fix a link on my costume jewelry at no cost. Recently, they werent open during their scheduled business hours because of a family illness. I was annoyed and left a harsh review. They provided an honest, heartfelt apology and explanation. This business really is strong member of our community and deserves our business!

I live in the area and thought I would give them a try, because I broke my favorite gold chain. I called to see if I could get it repaired, and before I could get the full question out I was abruptly interrupted by the man answering the phone. Ill never suggest this place to anyone , and will take the inconvenient trip to Jewelers Row (Downtown). I guess I should have spoken with a Valley girl accent.

Went in to get a ring resized. They were fine when I dropped off the ring, but when I returned to pick it up they were rude, insulted my ring, charged more than the estimate, and to top it off, they tapered the palm side of the ring which I didnt ask for, and the tapering is noticeably off center and very thin.

Gary and Norma are absolutely lovely. I took my Masonic ring in for a re-sizing, and they were so patient and informative. My ring was returned to me in beautiful condition. It looks and feels incredible. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!!
