My fiance and I were ring shopping at several places before we decided to go to the Jewelry Exchange. We were a little confused and disappointed with our experiences other places but the Jewelry Exchange was totally opposite. From the minute we walked in the door our sales associate, Josh, was super friendly and right away showed us what I was looking for. Once I started to describe the kind of engagement ring and diamond that I was interested in, he found more than a few possible contenders. The diamond expert that we worked with, John, was also very friendly and accommodating. We sent him back several times until I had the stone that I was looking for. The stone did come with a certification and they explained what was on it, how to use it to insure the diamond, and went over their return/exchange policy. I have to say that this was the BEST experience that I had ring shopping among many other places that we visited. I would say that others may have had a bad experience, but I cant imagine that is the norm. I left with the ring of my dreams and its been happily sitting on my finger ever since. Great service, great rings and stones and a great price! Hope this help and directs you to their door. They were really fantastic!

My fiancé and I looked at rings here numerous times before finding what we thought was the perfect ring. We chose a different setting which took a week or so to do. The diamond was flawless, was advertised as such and cost nearly 3k. Although it was a great deal, we certainly paid what we thought was a lot of money. We returned a few days before it was set to look at it again and noticed the diamond which was now loose, was cloudy and yellowish. We were concerned but thought maybe it was the lighting. After picking it up, we now noticed there were two large black "specks". We returned the next day and were given the run-around. The once outgoing and friendly staff now couldnt even look at us. We are reasonable people and just asked for a replacement diamond. After a few visits and different stories from everyone, they would not exchange unless we gave them more money and the exchange was more blemished than the "original". We now believe they baited us in with a flawless diamond, pushed a new setting on us so we didnt leave with the perfect diamond and then swapped out the diamond. Very sad and disappointed that they took advantage of a couple making a big purchase together that is a symbol of something wonderful.

This was our first visit to The Jewelry Exchange of Norristown. Our sales associate, Terri, took her time with us. She asked intelligent, to the point questions regarding our likes, our price point, our reason for coming in (our anniversary) and then used that information to present us with a variety of choices. My husband and I were treated very hospitably, professionally, and competently. We could not be happier. The staff was friendly and were all engaged with helping customers. All in all, we had an enjoyable experience that ended with our purchasing a beautiful Halo style diamond ring at a price we found reasonable. We would definitely return to The Jewelry Exchange for any of our next purchases.

the salespeople here are helpful and the quality of the jewelry is excellent. considering the prices, why shop anywhere else? between my husband and i, we have given them about $7k in the last year. just from looking at other stores, i know that we would have spent almost twice that if we had bought my engagement ring / our wedding bands / a few pairs of diamond earrings elsewhere. another great point is that they have layaway plans. i like that they dont pressure you to apply for credit (which comes with high interest rates) and instead let you pay it off with a super flexible plan. i honestly cant say enough great things about this place!

Wonderful Experience!! The entire staff was friendly and inviting from the moment we entered the showroom. Our salesman, Joe M, was superior, he listened to our wants and needs and delivered far above our expectations. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and exceptionally patient in helping us to assemble the perfect three ring bridal set. We found the prices to be below competitor pricing and the quality to be stellar. The sizing was done expeditiously and the rings fit perfectly. I will not only return to purchase additional jewelry pieces but will recommend The Jewelry Exchange to everyone.

Overpriced, and suttle prejudice. I went in to inquire about watched for my husband, though many associates were standing around without any customers (I was the only customer there at that time), a tall white man with dark hair, instructed the only black young man to help me, this young man had just said he was going to the restroom, while the white gut was asking me how can they help. The other workers looked at him when he told the black guy to help me, but none of them said anything, the young man said sure, and I infused, just briefly looked and said you dont have what I want, thanks.. and left.

Took my late grandmothers necklace here to see if we could get her grandkid charms removed. The woman who helped us and the manager were amazing. They cleaned the necklace, helped us identify all of the birth stones, and removed and bagged each charm into labelled bags. At the end of the process we asked what we owed them and they said its free of charge. Very touched by the experience we had and would recommend going here if you want good, honest people to help you out.

Heres the scam. You pick a setting You pick a stone we examined the stone with a magnifying jewellers loop stone was flawless then they tale the stone and setting in the Back to mount the stone we failed to inspect the stone when ,after waiting and hour, for the mounting later when we got home we again examined the stone with my own jewellers loop. NOT the same stone. they put a flawed stone in the setting.

Will shop there again and again! Great prices and a big selection of jewelry and the engagement ring I picked up there would have been double the price if I had purchased it in N.J. The sales people we dealt with were friendly and very helpful and also didnt pressure us to buy anything! Well worth the drive to Pa. for an excellent ring at a great price. Cant go wrong at the Jewelry Exchange!

My fiance and I recently got engaged on October the 30th. The jewlery exchange had the best deal for my ring. My fiance called around to other jewlers on jewlers row and they told him he wouldnt get a better deal than what he had with The Jewlery Exchange. I love my ring and The Jewlery Exchange is the best place to buy your jewlery from.

Terri and Steve helped me tremendously. They really went out of there way to get me what I was looking for. I was very picky with the stones, but they found me what I wanted. They made the buying process very pleasant. I would most definitely go back to them in the future.

Excellent customer service, high quality diamonds and metals at a great price. Ordered a band and stone separately, and received a call that the ring was ready for pickup in less than a week, and all only two weeks away from Christmas.
