I needed a diamond ring repaired and made larger and wanted it done between Christmas and New Years. I brought the ring in on December 17th towards the end of the night and was told that it would be difficult to do in my time frame due to the busy holiday season. The owner quoted me a very reasonable price and promised to have it done by December 28th. At exactly 11:30 am on December 22nd the ring was ready and more beautiful than ever. The owner even gave me a free gift box to present my engagement ring in. This would not have been possible without Del Haven and their amazing staff. I have dealt with them before and they are always outstanding. Thank you I will definitely be back and recommend you to everyone I know!!!! -Farid A.

so went in there to change the battery of my $300 fully functional watch, they said they can do it so I hand them over. gave it back to me with the chronograph crown not working. lady told me that I have to wait until their mechanic comes back the next day to take a look and theyll call me when its ready the next day, I figured ok sounds good. 48 hours passes by no calls so then I show up at the store 3 days later and the crown still isnt fixed and the only explanation they gave me was that I have to play with the crown to get to work cause the metal inside was bent. in short they broke my favorite watch & I am never going back into that store ever again.

Went in to buy a ring and they had the one I wanted in yellow gold not white gold. Employee said they had a white one in the back that just needed to be polished and we could pick it up the next day. Paid for the ring and went back the next day. Well it turns out they didnt really have it in the back and it would have to be recast (takes a week or two). Whatever, no big deal I can wait. Go back in two weeks later and sure enough they cast the wrong ring. This is the short version of a bad experience. At this point Ive returned the ring and am waiting to see my credit card credited.
