THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IN THE LEAST. GETTING A CALL BACK FOR A REPAIR TAKES AN SCT OF GOD. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND PRECIOUS MEMORIES YOU SHARE WITH YOUR LOVED ONES.

Stood in this store for 20 minutes while shopping for engagement ring and wedding bands. Clearly I picked the wrong jewelry store. I plan on spending thousands of dollars for wedding jewelry and it wont be here. Nobody working inside the store acknowledged our existence.
