After shopping around several jewelry stores for an engagement ring, none quite seemed to match the quality and caliber of AR Morris. I found the staff to be the most trustworthy and knowledgeable of any jewelry store that I had visited (after all, the staff has Gemological Institute of America [GIA] graduates), and they took the time to explain everything important about making an educated diamond purchase, in terms that I clearly understood. AR Morris had a plethora of cubic zirconia sample rings in the stores beautiful display cabinets, which illustrated different design variations; this was especially helpful, considering they have the capabilities to custom design anything at all under the sun. When it came time to pick an actual diamond, they showed me stones of varying clarity, color, size and shape, side-by-side, helping me to determine what combo gave me the biggest bang for my budget. The staff encouraged me to see the stone under a microscope to substantiate the corresponding certification and ensure I wouldnt be paying unnecessarily for characteristics that cannot even be detected with the naked eye. I felt AR Morris had my best interest in mind the whole time. They stuck to my budget and they created the perfect, high quality, custom-designed ring that I was seeking for my fiancé. I highly recommend AR Morris for your jewelry needs--you wont regret it!

Got the old bait and switch routine. Gave a price range, was shown diamonds within that range. Familiar spiel from owner, since this was the second time attempting to buy rings. The wedding was a couple of months away. Then he goes in the back and comes out with a larger diamond, claiming it is D color. But not GIA. He told us the ring would be the same if GIA looked at it. Also came in $100 under the TOP price we would pay. Asked him to send it to GIA to confirm the specifics of the diamond. He said it would take two weeks. We were willing to wait, cutting our time short. Three and a half weeks later, he said the stone had not been returned from GIA. Furthermore, he was going on vacation for a week the following Wednesday. Not a word from him. Went online and bought a diamond and went elsewhere to have it set. To this day (the wedding was almost a week ago) he has not called. Definitely do not recommend this jeweler!!!

Really great place. These guys will work with you tirelessly until you have the exact piece of jewelry that you want. Trust me, if anyone would have exhausted them, I would have done it. I came in upwards of 10 times looking at diamonds for my fiance, each session taking about 2-3 hours of the wonderful, knowledgeable diamond expert Kims time. Each time she was more excited than the next to help me, not worried at all that I would simply take the knowledge and buy a diamond somewhere else. I shopped around so you dont have to. No place in the East Coast where you will find this good of a combination of deals, expertise, customer service (without spending a cent!!), and a beautiful final product. And lets not forget, citizens of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and DC, no sales tax here! Definitely worth the drive.

Just recently purchased a pair of emerald stud earrings for a Christmas present for my wife and also splurged on a new Rolex Explorer II watch for myself. I was both pleasantly and patiently assisted by Mr. Brett Morris in the Greenville store.
