My husband purchased my engagement ring at a different location(Tennessee) than this Kay, however, due to location-based reasons, we went to this Kay(Concord Mall) to return it. I did not like my ring and feel it was important as I plan on having it forever. So we entered the Concord location in hopes of finding something more my speed. We were helped by a nice younger woman. She was patient as I tried on every ring. I expressed that I would NOT go over the amount of my original ring. I found one i "liked" that was twice the price- so that was a no-go. I decided to just return my original ring. The woman said she could do that for us. Shortly after, an older woman (manager?) told us we could not return it. She said "Oh, so you are dead-set, no matter what I do you just wont budge on returning it?" Thats the thing, they didnt have what I wanted! She then said that because the ring was purchased elsewhere, my husband had to go back there to return it as "it would be too difficult" and she would have to "mail it back." I was pretty annoyed and we left. The Kay in Springfield PA took the ring back no problem, the process took all of 5 minutes.

Some saleswomen are more friendly than others at this location. I went in to buy a ring after I opened an account for the first time with the company and the 2 women there were so helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable with my looking and purchase. I went today and a different woman sold me a watch and I mentioned that I did not want to go over $230 so she proceeds to ask me about adding a watch protection plan for $100, then had the nerve to roll her eyes when I said it was over my budget at the moment. The people at Kay are truly hit or miss salespeople.

I went to exchange a watch for size. I was so undecided I picked another watch, took it home and then decided I really didnt like it. I went back to the store. The store Manager Jade and Associate Laureen were very patience. I found another watch, which I love. It was to big and Associate Denise took out 1 link and Associate Lareen finished it. It fits perfectly You guys are the best. Customer service was excellent. Associate Laureen is a great asset to Kays Jewelers. I will definitely shop there again.

Denise was VERY. UNHELPFUL. she overcharged me $600 for an engagement/wedding band set and when I realized a month later when I started paying it, they said that there was nothing they could do to give my money back. They bs you and jerk you around. NEVER go to this location, as they are incompetent and unfriendly. Even as my Fiancée dropped off the last payment, they skipped her in line and made her wait 30 MINUTES to make a single payment today. I sincerely hope they close soon.

Useless. Commission hungry store. Three dumbass people, two of them mangers. No basic knowledge. Worst jeweler store experience. Zero customer service skills. one lady complicated a simple question, then followed by prices that didnt warrant the service.I hope the money taken made her daily quota. beware. I highly recommend Go eslewhere for all needs. Tiffany and Co or zales i am Telling everybody to go elsewhere.
