As a business owner, one is always very nervous to get that phone call or review explaining the situation with one of their employees or principles. I cannot be more emphatic about my experience with AR Morris in Greenville, Delaware. In a recent experience, I thought I was more than prepared in my timing to select a 50th birthday gift for my wife of over 20 years of marriage and three children! I have wanted to select a watch for her for many years, but didnt really know where to start or honestly wasnt really prepared! Never having dealt with AR Morris, I called them on a Saturday afternoon and John was not only informative but willing to go above and beyond and over all of the possibilities even knowing that the store was very busy that particular afternoon. I had planned on going into the store that following Monday but as my own business became busy, I didnt get there until Wednesday! After spending some time with John, I select a perfect time piece. Unsure of its availability or arrival time, I only had 10 days to make this work. He made it happen!! I know thats very trite in some service sectors. But the fact that not only he connected with his Rolex rep., their distributor, the grace of God and a little luck, this time piece that truly represented my wife, our marriage, our family and most of all...OUR life was attained and delivered within one day of her 50th birthday. This company and community could not be more fortunate to have John Barnes and AR Morris!

After shopping around several jewelry stores for an engagement ring, none quite seemed to match the quality and caliber of AR Morris. I found the staff to be the most trustworthy and knowledgeable of any jewelry store that I had visited (after all, the staff has Gemological Institute of America [GIA] graduates), and they took the time to explain everything important about making an educated diamond purchase, in terms that I clearly understood. AR Morris had a plethora of cubic zirconia sample rings in the stores beautiful display cabinets, which illustrated different design variations; this was especially helpful, considering they have the capabilities to custom design anything at all under the sun. When it came time to pick an actual diamond, they showed me stones of varying clarity, color, size and shape, side-by-side, helping me to determine what combo gave me the biggest bang for my budget. The staff encouraged me to see the stone under a microscope to substantiate the corresponding certification and ensure I wouldnt be paying unnecessarily for characteristics that cannot even be detected with the naked eye. I felt AR Morris had my best interest in mind the whole time. They stuck to my budget and they created the perfect, high quality, custom-designed ring that I was seeking for my fiancé. I highly recommend AR Morris for your jewelry needs--you wont regret it!

*This review is of the Greenville location* Came here to find an engagement ring. Everyone was super friendly, especially Bobby, who walked me through the process of finding the perfect ring for my fiancé. I wanted a non-traditional stone, and he was more than happy to accommodate my needs. He got an idea of what I wanted and brought in multiple stones and ring styles to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. When I went to pick up the ring it couldnt have been more perfect. It actually made me that much more confident to pop the question. I would recommend AR Morris and especially Bobby to anyone looking to get engaged. Also - bonus - no sales tax in Delaware! Oh, and by the way, she said yes.
