December 20,2016, a chip had to be replaced in a pendant on my necklace. 2/5 months, my necklace is not fixed. Weekly they reported different reasons why it was not fixed. On February17, 2017, they reported the only person that can repair my necklace was in the hospital. When. I asked on several occasions for my necklace back, they informed me that they could not open their safe. Prior to this they had several of my rings for months!! After using them for years, I will never use them again. Update: On 3/21/2017, I received a call that my necklace was ready to be picked up. They finally was able to open the safe!!!!!!

They even have return policy, did not told customer when they paying, when returning, they said they had return policy for just in store credit. Bad experience!!!!
