I had an amazing experience shopping at Zales. I mean my engagement ring was stolen from me so I did not take it for my 6 month check up on the ring. The theft insurance my husband paid for was useless because Zales will not replace my ring with a new one unless the police files it stolen. The police officer said I had to see someone steal it in order to report it stolen. It was money going down the drain. I was trying to sell the wedding but they said they can not because my ring was set. One of the workers told me to come Monday when the Manager is there to see if he can take for some kind of amount to get another ring but he is only there until 5pm. He should be there at least one or twice a week until 9pm for people who work until 5pm. I would not be able to be at the store until 6pm. I am keeping the wedding bed with no ring and zales can not help me at all smh. Waste of insurance and time. WORST COMPANY EVEER BUY YOUR RING ELSE WERE. I HATE THEM SO BAD!!!

I purchased my engagement ring here in april and it seems that everything has led from bad to worse with this specific store. The first time I ran in to a problem the box they gave me was a cheap something that wouldn't even pass walmarts quality control and after spending over 2000 on a ring I expected more the manager argued with me saying that's what I get deal with it. Next we came back for a cleaning and the same manager was rude to my fiance as well we will not be getting our wedding rings here and hopefully no one else...until they get better management

Beware! Purchased wedding rings here. Purchased insurance too. Unless you bring the rings in for their crappy cleanings every 6 mos, they will not cover repairs under your insurance. They dont tell you that when they sell it to you. The manager is useless, the dark haired older lady acts like talking to you is taking time out of her "busy day". Said they would call with an estimate for repair, never got a call-they just repaired it. Dont buy from here, go somewhere else.

When I first purchased my fiancés wedding band everything was great. But every time I went into the store after that to make payments was a horrible experience. They have zero customer service skills! Every single employee there is rude and most have no idea what theyre doing. I would recommend going to Ashley at Freemans instead. Weve always had a great experience at Freemans and their prices and customer service is exceptional.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A RING .. I have had my ring since October 2016 only a couple months , I have had to get it fixed 4 times now every time they tell me its going to take 2 weeks it takes up to 4 weeks.. my ring now broke again and they wont do anything about it unless I purchase warranty again after I have warranty on the ring. Horrible horrible place to shop. Never again. My ring from Wal Mart is in better condition .

I feel rushed each time I am inside, even if it is for a ring cleaning. The owner/manager rushes you in and out and is a fast talker. A lady by the name of J----e is a pain in the butt. She tries to make you buy everything in the store, and when you dont buy from her, she becomes an even worse pain in the butt. Overall, D- grade for this store.

My husband took me there to upgrade my wedding band set, we ended up leaving with a very very very expensive new bridal set. Our sales woman was Gail and she was awesome! We really did enjoy our buying experience here and will return. my ring also had to get sent out to be sized, and it returned EARLIER then expected and looked beautiful.

Erin Fowler it is not the so called crappy cleanings that you need every 6 months it is an inspection of ring verify same stones not lose stones that stuff sorry sweetie if a moment of your time to keep insurance active is to much but from a peddler on the street

They should fired this people ZERO CUSTOMER SKILLS AND TOP OF TREATING PEOPLE OF COLOR LIKE THEY DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO GO THERE AND PURCHASE ANYTHING. I WILL NEVER PUT A STEP IN THAT STORE AGAIN.
