What an awesome expirance. Tuesday I dropped off a sigificantly damaged timepiece with very little hope for salvation. To explain the extent of damage I tripped while walking, fortuitously my watch was able to break my fall. This happened about 6 years ago. I was fully prepared to spend the rest of my life staring at the constant reminder to "watch" where I was walking. The watch continued to work but with battlescares that I never thought could be removed. By Wednesday afternoon I received a phone call telling me my watch was ready to be picked up. It looked brand new! Never in a million years would I expected this to be the outcome. Thank You for the service and treatment. Highly Recommended! Great staff who performed an amazing service at an affordable price.

CRUMMY customer service. Absolutely GREAT selection of watch brands - service: not so much. My wife bought me a $5000 watch from them. $5000! Yet, they cannot be bothered to identify themselves when they answer the phone, cannot be bothered to return a phone call or keep a repair schedule. I have found them flippant and uncaring with not a whit of an apology for their mistakes or shortcomings. Find yourself another jeweler with some customer service - one with a conscience who will at least pretend to care after they have made the sale.

Very nice jewelry store, quality, upscale jewelry - prices a bit higher than other jewelry stores, which is why I was disappointed when seeing that my jewelry was not cleaned after having a repair done, as I had requested. It visibly looked dirty and also had dark stains on it, probably from the repair work. I was in a hurry & waited till I got home to inspect - my fault there, but for what I paid, it should have been done. It was just a small piece, perhaps if it were a diamond or Tag watch, it would have been paid more attention to.

couldnt believe the selection of watches...bought a breitling watch from boccardos..shopped all over, including the net...they had the watch in stock, and gave me a good price, and they are authorized dealers! shopped the watch price in philly, and boccardos were he only ones who gave me a discount! did a quick repair for me while i waited,( because i live in allentown). they are family owned. ill be a customer for life, even though i live an hour away.

A great place to go if you appreciate fine watches or jewelry. They carry many high-end lines that you would have to drive to a big city to find. Even better, they are family owned, dont charge big city prices, and know what customer service its.
