My fiancé got my engagement ring from Benari and I cannot even begin to tell you the level of service we got here! The only reason why I know what happened behind the scenes is because my fiancé (bless him for this) videotaped the whole thing. Joel Cohen, our jeweler, went above and beyond by not only helping my fiancé to create a very memorable video but he was able to create a one of kind custom diamond engagement ring from a short 10 second video my fiancé showed him. Joel created a 3D computer aided drawing of the ring and kept working on it until it was absolutely perfect! Not only did I get an awesome video with the two of them planning, plotting, and preparing for the big surprise, and an unbelievable one of a kind custom made ring, but Joel was able to pull all of this off in less than a month!! I had to thank Joel in person after the proposal because honestly after watching the video (and crying tears of joy throughout the whole thing) I had to thank the one jeweler out of the 4 jewelers my fiancé went to, that could pull off this huge task. No one else even attempted to make a custom ring. Everyone else just coldly dismissed my fiancé and said "Sorry thats not something we can do". Buying an engagement ring is so much more than just looking into a glass case and picking out just any ring...you are buying a once in a lifetime experience and Joel Cohen at Benari Jewelry gave us that moment, for that I will always be grateful!! Save yourself a headache and just go straight to Benaris and ask for Joel...he will take great care of you!

I recently bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend from Benari, and the experience was made so straightforward and simple thanks to the amazing sales people at Benari. In particular Joel and Helen . As a guy, its incredibly daunting buying an engagement ring - I had no idea how diamonds were priced, what made a particular diamond better than another, what a setting with a halo was - I had no idea. Id called Benari ahead of time and set up a day to meet at the store. I was there for 2-3 hours, and whilst that sounds like a long time, it was SO worth it. By the end of that time, Id been educated on how diamonds are cut, and how theyre graded, the difference between particular designers, how a ring can be customized. They even helped me identify the perfect engagement ring based on the points my girlfriend had subtly mentioned to me in the months running up to it. This made me so comfortable with the money I was spending on the ring as I truly understood the value of what I was purchasing which I believe is the most important. I would completely recommend Benari! Especially for guys who dont necessarily know too much about rings and diamonds - theyll educate you and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process - they even had the ring available for me within a 3 week turn around! And on top of that - she said yes and was over the moon with the ring I picked out! Thanks Benari!

I went to Benari in Exton to purchase my engagement ring. My fiancé loves the ring and I believe I got it at a fair price. Joel helped me with my purchase and was very helpful. They also perfectly executed a last minute alteration I wanted and had it done in just a few days. My only issue, which could have been a huge issue, was that the diamond insurance was sent to my apartment 2 weeks before my proposal. I explicitly informed them that I lived with my fiancé and to NOT send anything in the mail until at least a few weeks after I was planning to propose. Thankfully, we were lazy with checking the mail and did not see it until after we came back from vacation (which was where I proposed). The surprise of getting engaged is a once in a lifetime moment for a woman and her family. We had the whole weekend planned around the proposal. This surprise could have been ruined by this lapse in execution by Benari. Hopefully this incident was an anomaly by them, but still a very significant mistake. I was also over charged for the ring; however, after a quick call they apologized and credited me back my money. In the end, I got the ring I wanted and the proposal went perfectly. Just could have been a different ending.

Just purchased a second Rolex from Benari at Exton. Joel Cohen was my sales person both times. My first experience was very pleasant and the transaction was smooth. Just recently, I took my girlfriend in to show her a few watches as I wanted to buy her a quality swiss timepiece. Joel was there to help out. He spent a great deal of time with us gathering information about the style of watch she liked and features that were a must have. We went through all of the brands Benari carried. At the end we had narrowed it down to a couple of Rolex models and one Tag Heuer. We didnt make a purchase that day but returned a week later and purchased a Rolex after comparing yet a few more models. Joel was there to help us again. The service I received at Benari in Exton was top notch. The store itself was beautiful, clean and lots of good lighting. The entire staff was pleasant. We visited a number of jewelers including a large luxury watch chain. We chose Benari because of the experience we had and the amount of stock they carried...including Joels knowledge of the product and the passion he had. I give Benari at Exton my highest recommendation.

I researched the type of Tag Heuer I wanted on their website. I decided to purchase a Limited Edition Formula 1 Senna Chronograph. A magnificent piece. I contacted Benari Jewelers located in Exton, Pennsylvania, USA. It was my good fortune to have my call answered by Joel, a very experienced and knowledgeable young man. As luck sometimes goes, my selection was virtually out of stock. However, my salesperson, Joel, happens to be cut of the same cloth as I and he committed to finding my watch. And, in fact, he did. In so doing, he demonstrated many attributes necessary to do business with me. First, through his dogged determination, he kept his word to find my watch. Secondly, he was the same kind gentleman in person as on the phone, when vying for my business. In short, Ive been looking for a new jeweler and jewelry store. Joel has made both manifest. Additionally, I feel as though I made a new friend today, which is far more important to me than a new watch. BTW, I bought a second Tag Heuer of the same flavor and Im now on a $21K Brietling Chronometer. jrw, March, 2017

I would like to thank Joel and the team at Benari in Exton for helping my fiancé and I with the perfect ring for our engagement. Given the short time frame, Joel was able to find the perfect diamond and had it set in time for my new year eve proposal. Not only did he took the time to help me understand about what I was buying, he shared his knowledge on the value of the diamond and the characteristics beyond just the 4 c(s). When it was time to deliver, he went one step beyond and look over the final product and even let me know that he would like the rock to sit a bit lower because the band was a small diameter. It showed that he was not only getting the product deliver on time but also keeping the quality at the highest level. We could not be more happy. We will be back to purchase future jewelry from Joel and the team at Benari.
