My husband and I were looking for wedding rings, at the time I was very, VERY pregnant. At first we were hesitant to walk in because of the fancy glass boxes in the windows... I have tattooed hands and it gets negative reactions almost instantly. Many other jewelers may as well have turned us away by literally showing no interest in us. Upon arriving at Nye Jewelers we were warmly welcomed, and greeted almost instantly. After telling the jeweler our price range he brought out nearly two dozen rings that we could choose from. The amazing part is, we were on a fixed income. They had no care in the world for whether my hands were tattooed or not. They picked out a beautiful ring that had been dropped off just the day before... JUST MY SIZE! They gave us a great deal and I couldnt have been happier. Nye jewelry has something for people of all financial statuses, and customer service that left a lasting impression. I definitely recommend it.

The guys here are very nice and super helpful. I went in with a necklace that I wanted modified before attending a wedding and they did the basic work before a guaranteed sale. They searched all over for the chain size I was looking for so I didnt have to order and not get it back in time for the wedding. When they found the chain, they offered a significant discount! Ill be back in the future.

I called to ask if they have any Natural Ruby rings for a 40th anniversary. I have been doing business with Nye Jewelry since they were located in the Burlington Plaza. Whoever answered the phone said, yes we have Ruby rings. Then said Im with a customer and hung up the phone. Lost this customer!
