I want to take this opportunity first of all to thank George Duffy & his staff for making my day during my recent visit. I stopped into George & Co Diamond Jewelers to have my favorite ring re-sized. The staff is always friendly and professional. As I waited for George to check the ring, they showed me a few of their newest, beautiful pieces and explained all the unique qualities of the piece. After my ring was checked, they let me know that over the years I had lost a few stones. After double checking the newer size I would need, they followed up with a very reasonable estimate for all the work that would need to be done. They also informed me that if need be, I could use their lay-away plan. I was very surprised, ( but delighted) lay-away was available for repairs as well as jewelry purchases. I opted to do just that. I am always impressed that George and his staff are so caring, maybe it was obvious that they had my favorite ring. I received a call as soon as the repairs were finished. But they also stated I was welcome to continue with my original lay-away. I returned this week to George & Co. I am so very delighted with how beautiful my favorite ring looks. Another wonderful service they offer is a "wish list", so your loved ones can easily be guided to a collection or a particular item that you especially loved, during your visit. I was happy to start my wish list! As always George & Co has many exquisite pieces of jewelry to see. One could very easily spend hours to see all they have in their collections. I fell in love with and started my wish list with a beautiful necklace from the Vintage Collection. The intricate, precision, details of each piece, must be seen to be appreciated. I certainly hope this review will encourage others to stop in and visit George & Co Diamond Jewelers, take the time to see all they have, and by all means create your own special wish list!

In one word, all I can say about George & Co. Diamonds is...WOW!!! I am recently engaged and had been looking for a priceless, unique diamond engagement ring over the last several months. After visiting their website, I found several rings that met my specifications, which blew my mind because other local jewelers had an unimpressive stock of engagement rings. When I visited George & Co. a few weeks ago, I was immediately greeted by Melody, who was just the most friendly, genuine, and helpful associate Ive ever experienced. She was so patient as I dragged her all over the store for 2 hours trying on rings (sometimes twice). I also had the pleasure of meeting the other sales associate, Krissy, who was equally as awesome. In the end, I had my heart set on one gorgeous vintage-inspired diamond and sapphire ring. Online, it was shown with a diamond as the center stone but had a sapphire as the center stone when I first visited the store. Melody told me that it wasnt a problem to switch it to a diamond and would only take 2 days. In an excited frenzy, I relayed all of this info to my now fiancé...pretty much telling him that I found the ring of my dreams at George & Co. He must have went back there the same day because to my surprise two days later, he asked for my hand in marriage with the same diamond/sapphire ring from George & Co!!!!! When I saw it with the diamond as the center stone I seriously almost puked over how BEAUTIFUL IT WAS!!! Afterwards, I stopped back into the store to thank and hug Melody, Krissy, and George for making the experience so special with their warmth and kindness....and the most GORGEOUS ring Ive ever seen in my life!!!!! Without a doubt, I will be a customer for life...soon to pick out our wedding bands!

It all started when my future son in law said...he would like to get my daughter Brittany an engagement ring, but he had no idea exactly what she liked and wanted it to be the ring of her dreams. My daughter and I had looked at rings she liked in the past...so I was sure I knew exactly what she wanted. I knew from the get go...I didnt want to trust something this important to a chain jewelry store . George & Company was close to my home..so I thought..Well let me just look. I found each of them so willing to help ...when I started to look at the rings...I suddenly realized..this was not as easy as I thought it was going to be..after explaining to them that I was trying to help my future son in law out..before you knew it..they had pictures of the rings I thought she would like ready to send off to my son in law via email. He had many choices as their rings were one more beautiful than another...he made the choice. My daughter was so surprised..she loves the ring...and the wedding is this weekend. *smiles.. Whenever my daughter comes home she takes her ring to George and he looks it over to keep it safe...shines it all up and sends her on her way till next time she comes in. She has said many times how nice it is to have someone she totally trust take care of her diamond..and that they seem like they are part of the family..just as happy as she is with her ring...they are just that happy to see her happy with her ring. Good People all around. I would highly recommend George & Co. for any of your jewelry needs. It is the way buying a" priceless memory" should be. Thank you George & Co.

I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for a great place to find incredible pieces! George & Company is quite simply amazing! The customer service there is fantastic, the pieces are gorgeous and they have affordable jewelry for everyone. As soon as you walk into the store, they make you feel comfortable shopping there. I have been other jewelry stores where you instantly feel judged and pressured. That is not the case here! They are very kind, patient and willing to help. And the fact that they make custom jewelry there makes it that much better! George and his staff can help you find the perfect piece for that special someone or help you pick something out for yourself. They are very kind, responsive and helpful. I am so glad my engagement ring and wedding band came from here and I definitely plan on returning for more jewelry in the future! Thank you George & Co :)

After finding the item I wanted online I decided to call the company to be certain it was exactly what I wanted to purchase. Melody answered my call & from the first Hello I knew this was going to be a good experience. She was eager to help me & so very friendly, answered my questions & was upfront about how long it would take for my item to arrive. We exchanged emails throughout the process & each one was answered promptly. My item has arrived & it was exactly what I wanted..the color of a stone was in question in my mind , & I could not be a more pleased or satisfied customer . In addition it was well packaged for mailing. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from them, either online or directly . Thank you Melody for you fantastic customer service.
