DO NOT GO TO JARED IN WILMINGTON DELAWARE. I have never had a more disappointing, awful and just outright unacceptable experience. To make too long of a story short, we bought my engagement ring here and not once did they mess up my ring, but TWICE. The day of, they told us it would be ready in 5 hours, and when I came to pick it up, they had placed the center stone on the wrong prongs. When I explained to the jeweler that it was on the wrong prongs, he was just rude. My center stone was also off-center, and when I told him that, he snidely replied "I wasnt looking that closely." Well I WAS, and YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN. After it was "fixed" a week and a half later, one of my prongs broke!!!!!!! I havent even had the ring for THREE WEEKS. When I took it back in AGAIN to to be fixed, the assistant manager was shocked that it had broken and immediately knew which jeweler it was (younger gentleman with long hair). Had it fixed (yet again) by a different jeweler. When I sat down with the general manager the next day to express my concerns, she pretty much laughed in my face and said she couldnt do anything. She never even apologized or took any responsibility for her staff!! Theres so much more to the story, and for that reason I am writing this WARNING to please not go here. Terrible customer service. They just dont care.

While shopping for a ring for my wife at Jareds Willington, De, a salesman, rudely inserted himself into the discussion we were having with the sales girl we were working with. This guy then took over the sale. This salesman, was concerned with only one thing; selling me the extended warranty. He was very rude and obnoxious. He kept repeating how I didn’t understand the warranty and if a car were to run over the ring, it would be covered. Also if the finish went bad, it would be covered! When does the finish on a gold ring go bad? It was nonstop! When we came to find that the ring that we originally had seen earlier this summer, was not in stock, we were told it would cost extra to have one shipped in. Next came the sizing charge, and if it didn’t fit, we would need to pay to have it resized. BUT if we bought the warranty, ring sizing would be free! When we asked if they could ship it to our house (since it wasn’t in stock) the salesman failed to mention that then I would have to pay sales tax (as I live outside of De). I should have walked out, but I was already committed. But rest assured, I will never walk in the store again. I don’t know this guys name (since he failed to introduce himself) but he needs a new career, not one dealing with costumers!

My fiance and I went to Jareds to look at engagement rings, the staff was helpful, pleasant and very kind. We went back for our wedding bands and had a fabulous experience. We couldnt afford our bands for quite some time, and they let me come in and try on different ones on many different occasions and were nothing short of amazing each time. Our consultant remembered us and greeted us personally every time we walked through the door. The staff is professional, considerate and welcoming. They made this part of the wedding process for us truly an enjoyable one, thank you Jareds!

Terrible Service and Bad Quality. Sales staff friendly but not interested in helping if you have a real problem. Jewelry sizing and repair staff rude and horrible. Did everything wrong twice. Never leave anything that matters to you there if you want it back in good shape. They did a horrible job with a ring I cherish and when I asked them to fix it the response was that it had little value and oh well.Ring broke in two!! I was left mad and unhelped.

All the staff we have interacted with at this store have been very helpful and interested in our satisfaction except one, and fortunately our time with her was brief. This is the least pushy chain of jewelry store we went to, and it also had the best selection, so we are Jareds cuatomers for the foreseeable future.

Very pleased!!!! Customer services was great they made sure I was taken well care of there. My soon to be fiancee went to three other jewelry store and she feel in loved with this store. Couldn't ask for any better place. I highly recommend this store.

Shockingly bad customer service when I called to check the status of my watch. An employee engaged me in a hostile and accusatory argument after I asked a routine question -- whether my watch was ready to be picked up. I wont be using this store again.

Love this Jareds location the sales associates are wonderful and friendly you dont feel that horrible pressure when you go shopping to feel obligated to purchase something! Have purchased a lot of jewelry here definitely recommend!

My experience was very poor. Horrible customer service and told me one price to fix my watch, but wrote down another when I came to p/u . Finally after me lodging my complaint, the manager finally agreed to adjust. So poor!!
