Let start off by saying I have gotten flowers from here before and were ok but not this time !! I didnt want to write this bad review but issue didnt get resolved!! I ordered two corsages for my daughter s senior prom 4/22/16. I ordered the dreamy pink wristlet $29.99for her date and for my daughter was the Roses and Ribbons corsage $44.99 spent $81.00 !! but When I showed up to pick them up the lady Jean accidentally dropped them onto floor so one of their boxes broke so she had to put them in a cardboard box lid I would of been fine with just that issue. But when I looked at my daughters corsage it looked Nothing like picture!!! . The only change I made was color of rose and ribbon that was it!! (Changed to red and white)There was no Rhinestone pins and Rhinestone braclet!! There where suppose to be 3 Rhinestone pins by the roses and a rhinestone braclet instead I got what looks like a Boutonniere with some gems sticking out!! Not at all like item I orderd!! So I asked Jean to fix it she tryed to find some items to help the corsage but had no luck! She was alone and busy!!! So she said the only thing she could do was leave message for some boss to call me on Monday 25th!! I paid more $$ for a blinged out corsage and was disappointed of what I got instead!! I had no time to go anywhere else since prom was less then 1hr away!!! I asked why no one called me to tell they ran out of rhinestone braclet etc let me no there was a problem with my order way before day of pick up ????Jean said she didnt know why they didnt call me ! So I left sad/upset that I paid for something that I didnt get and it looked bad!! Monday 25th no one called me so I called them after 5 Jean answered she said she thought someone called me she then tells me the girl making the corsage didnt feel like making it with the colors we choose (red and white) and that it would like a wristlet so she made it the way she wanted!! So I told Jean I want to hear from some boss and dont want store credit since that was my daughters last prom! She said she would talk to owner/boss and someone would call me!! let me say JEAN has tried to help me get this fixed I feel bad for her she was upset about this and wanted to get it fixed for me! So Tuesday 26th Jean called me and said Steve thought Mike Called me and Mike thought Steve called me I guess they are the bosses??and she again said she was sorry and that they told her they had given my money$$ back onto my credit card $44.99 for the corsage !! I told her I didnt see it on my credit card she said it would be on in few days!! I told her that her bosses (Steve and Mike) should have called me not making her do it! Well today is 5/3/16 its been 7 business days No return of my money$$$$ !!! So Im upset that a company cant keep their word returning of money and bosses cant call clients back to fix issue! I liked this place but I wont refer or use them again !! I posted the pictures *****UPDATE*** AFTER BELOW RESPONSE FROM TROPICAL FLORIST AS OF TODAY 05/19/2016 I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY CREDIT REFUND ITS BEEN MORE THEN 10 DAYS ! AS ON 04/25/2016 WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY APPLIED IT TO MY CARD !! 3 WEEKS LATER NO REFUND!! I HOPE THIS DOES GET RESOLVED

Well there is no email for them to begin with so I cant send them pictures of what I recieved opposed to what was ordered. But I ordered off line for my girlfriends birthday that was yesterday. I have to say I was very disappointed in the arrangement. It looked cheap and just thrown together with no effort. And nothing like it was supposed to look. It had the correct roses and vase but the filler was the worst looking ever . I have to say I was embarrassed that I sent it to her work for every one to see. This was the "ROMANCE BOUQUET WITH RED ROSES" arrangement delivered to winghouse in Ellenton on 12/14/15 Very Disappointed :(

Just got off the phone with one of the owners, Mike. He took my order for flowers to be delivered to my Mother In Law for her first birthday since my Father in Law passed away. Mike was so professional and kind. He was sensitive to how important it was to me that these flowers be special for her and said he would use some extra fragrant flowers when I asked about it too. He even took down a personal message for the card to go with it. I cant wait to hear from my MIL when she gets these. I know it will help brighten her day. Thank you, Mike!

We went with Tropical Interiors Florist for our wedding and couldnt have been happier. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They gave us our vision and then more. The best part was they didnt over charge us for anything. Everything was actually very affordable. They also didnt mind when we kept changing our minds. My bouquet was amazing and I will never forget it. This is an amazing local florist that crafts beautiful pieces. They are so kind and so easy to work with. If you need flowers for your wedding dont look any further.

Superior customer service, outstanding product quality!! Hands down the best Florist in Bradenton / Sarasota area. I have been using Tropical Interior Florist for two years now, I dont why I have waited so long to write a review but now that I have Im finding it difficult to find strong enough adjitives to describe just how satisfied we are with their services. Their flowers are always fresh and of the highest quality, their customer service is second to none. Give them a shot....you will not be disappointed.

Great place and above and beyond service! Jean stayed open shortly after closing even with her ride out in the parking lot waiting so I could arrange my wife a full bouquet of roses which she gave me a great deal on!on top of that she helped another customer as well past the time closed!! Fast and friendly service! Will not go anywhere else to get flowers! Thank you so much Jean for beeing so patient and helping out a guy get out of the doghouse! Sure made my wifes eyes light up when she saw that bouquet!

I ordered a Teleflora arrangement for my grandmothers 87th birthday. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!! She was so blessed by the beauty of the floral arrangement- even the tea cup and saucer. I just want to say thank you for such quality work and being so in tune to details. I am incredibly appreciative. I was worried ordering 5 states away, but after seeing the pictures and arrangements- WOW!!!! I highly recommend. Thank you again for brightening my grandmothers day. We will definitely order again!

Wow! Thank you so much! I live in South Carolina and was going to order online from teleflora to send flowers to my cousin that was having surgery that morning. I wasnt sure how the arrangement would look that I saw online so I called Tropical Interiors Florist that is in bradenton, a person named Michael was so helpful and apparently made a gorgeous blooming plant basket my cousin absolutely loved! He even delivered it himself! It really made me feel so good since I couldnt be there.
