Amazing Customer Service! I had in my mind the perfect gift to give my sister-in-law for her birthday but the only problem was, I was 250 miles away. I contacted this location and spoke with Ms. Mary and she immediately recommended an arrangement that captured my ideas. I will continue to use this location if I am ever in need of another amazing arrangement that will make my family hearts swell with amazement. Simply wonderful. Thank you so very much!

My wife started her new job in Asheville 2 days before our Anniversary and I am still in Greensboro packing for the move up to the mountains. Clements Florist delivered wonderful roses and were truly delightful on the phone. They delivered the roses early per my request and made her day. I found my florist and plan to order all future flowers from them.

I admit I arrived 6 minutes before closing. Was going to make a quick purchase. Nothing complicated. Called to check on closing time, but staff had already locked doors and were in cars ready to leave. Both saw me at door looking at my watch, but neither offered a comment, much less offered to assist me. I dont consider that good service.

Beautiful floral designs anytime we need them! Whenever we send flowers, we let Clements make the arrangements, and wait for the rave reviews! If you like loose arrangements, just pop in and pick a few stems for a quick pick-me-up. They are so nice here, and flowers are fresh and long lasting, id never go anywhere else.
