Terrible customer service, messed up our wedding arrangements. We had to go out and rebuy flowers to fix their mistake. They emailed us with an invoice and detailed list of arraignments which we approved, but now claim someone called them and told them to change it, but they did not send us a request or updated arrangement paperwork . All we asked was to be reimbursed for having to fix their mistake, but they claim they are not responsible. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live out of town. I called yesterday to order flowers to be delivered for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant. I didnt give him specific guidance on the flowers - just asked for something nice. Flowers were delivered today and my parents were so surprised and blown away with how beautiful the arrangement is. Saw a photo and couldnt be more pleased! Great value for the price!

Thank you for the beautiful flowers you delivered to my Aunt. She was celebrating her 70th anniversary without my uncle who passed away 2 years ago. She told me that the flowers meant more to her than I could know. Its hard being so far away and ordering flowers, but they smelled wonderful and her favorite color, pink.
