We recently purchased a corsage and boutonniere for this seasons Prom.. what a disappointment.. her flowers were turning brown, arrangement was not very nice, boutonniere was not finished, no color of what they asked for. The flowers were put into plastic/cello bags... nothing to protect them. The kids were told to come and pick up flowers they were closing at noon.. We did use a coupon which was $20 for both... Thank God for Food City, as busy as they were, they made us new ones. The other mom went to All Occasions on Monday to complain... they said we should have called or the kids should have said something when they were there. As we all know, most kids will not say anything.. And we should have brought them back... they were open late... the kids were told they closed at noon to hurry up and pick them up... They felt they did nothing wrong... Some have said well you only paid $20, I paid $24 with tax at Food City and the boutonniere is still alive after 2 weeks. They have lost our business and anyone else that we can tell.

I am owner of a florist in another state, ordered flowers for my daughter on her birthday. Picked this florist because it was close to her work. Looked at the web page and selected an arrangement. My daughter has worked for me in her younger days and knows how to arrange and knows fresh flowers. She called and told me how pretty, fresh and unique the arrangement was. She described it as if she were looking at the picture on the web page. I will be using this florist again. Very Satisfied. Libby

Todays my sons 30th birthday so I ordered balloons. He emailed me a picture and they look great! I chose All Occasions because of the reviews listed and I am so glad I did!
