I purchased a vehicle from this establishment and 2 days later the check engine light, low oil stop engine, stability track, traction control and tire monitor pressure light came on all one by one. I pumped $30 in the tank and the gas hand barely moved. I never knew how much gas I had. I returned the vehicle after a few days. They kept it for a week and told me it was fixed. The next day all the same issues came up again. I returned it for a second time. I explained to them that I couldnt go without a car. They refused to give me a temporary car. They refused to put me in another vehicle because I wasnt happy with the truck I purchased anymore because of all the problems it has. I was told to do whatever I did before I bought the truck. They kept the vehicle for 4 days and told me it was fixed. 2 days later all the same problems happened AGAIN!!!! I reached out to the owner and he adv me that he would look into things and have me taken care of. He stopped answering and stopped responding to text after that. I was fed up! I called the bank and explained to them what was happening and the bank decided that they were not going to finance the vehicle anymore due to all the troubles with it. My salesman Patrick kept trying to convince me to tell the bank that Im happy and that I still want the vehicle even though I wasnt. The engine was knocking and shaking. It sounded horrible while driving it. I asked for my down payment back which was $1500. I even agreed to take $1000 of it back because I did drive the truck. I was told to come pick up a check. When I got there the owner was there. He didnt acknowledge me at all. He walked right passed me and left. I asked where was he going and I was told that he doesnt talk to customers. Patrick kept trying to talk me into taking the truck back even after I refused several times. This has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I have a 7 year old daughter and Im 3 months pregnant with no transportation and I used my savings of $1500 to have a way back and forth to work. I have called and texted Patrick for the last several days about my money and he hasnt responded. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THE OWNER DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND THE SALESMENS DONT OFFER GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ALL LIE AND AVOID YOU AFTER YOUVE BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM. Also, they told the bank that I put down $3000 so they could boost the cost of the vehicle up and lied about the features of the truck so the bank would finance it.

We bought a used Nissan Altima there for $8500. We paid for it in cash. It came with a 30 day warranty. Well, after driving it off the lot and 10 miles, the check engine light comes on. We immediately called Moores Used Autos to let them know. They told us to come in have it fixed. A few days later, we pick it up and it has supposedly been fixed. We called back to let them know that the light was still on. Mr. Tanari Moore (who owns the dealership and sold us the car) told us he would call us back in 15 minutes after he talked to the shop that supposedly fixed the car the first time. Well, that was about a week ago. We have called about 3 times a day since then, leaving messages and even went up there on a Saturday and talked to his associate, Clarence. Clarence set up an appointment with us to meet with Mr. Moore. Mr. Moore has twice not shown up for scheduled appointments with us. We are in the processing of filing a complaint with the State Attorney Generals Office. I only hope I can help others avoid the same stress my husband and I have gone through.

THIS COMPANY IS SHADY AND SALES LEMONS. THEY HAVE LOW CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SALE VEHICLES THAT ARE RIGGED FOR TEMPORARY FIXES. EXAMPL: ENGIN LIGHT WAS ON.. THEY SENT A CUSTOMER TO THEIR SHOP AND ALL THEY DID IS TURN THE LIGHT OFF TO COVER THE PROBLEM UP. THEY SHOW FAVORTISIM IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE AND ARE CURRENTLY BE SUED BY A COLLECTION OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE INVESTIGATING THEM. THEY MAY NOT KNOW THIS YET BUT THEY WILL BE FINDING OUT SOON ENOUGH.. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! THE BBB IS WATCHING THIS COMPANY AND WILL SOON PROSICUTE FOR FALSE PROMISES AND BAD BUSINESS

Bought a used car from them. To make a long story short, it ended up having all kinds of mechanical problems right after I bought it. Good thing it had a 30 day warranty right? Wrong. These people are impossible to get a hold of. Will not return a call. I cant go get it fixed because I have to use the mechanic they choose. Just driving it around hoping it doesnt die on me. I am sure they are hoping the 30 day warranty runs out and then they wont have to fix it.

This facility is small in stature, yet big in quality. They have the best used cars at the lowest prices. I do not know how they do it, but the value is uncomparable. I wouldnt shop for a used car without checking here first. The service is great and the professionalism will blow your mind. They can get anyone approved for a great used car. Bought a 2006 g6 1. Check engine light came on the next day 2. It kept saying it needed an oil change 3. I had to stop at the gas station AS SOON AS I left the lot 4. It rained that day I turned on my windshield wipers and guess what they were torn and no help. I had so many problems it doesnt make sense so please Im giving you a fair warning do not go here and expect to purchase something worth anything..

Had the worst experience every all they did was double talk and lie when the truth was much easier. The owner has no concern for customer complaint and dissatisfaction and avoided call you but was more than where to quote a.price and take your money. I gave my down payment on a car on a Thursday the following Tuesday still no car and no one knew anything or why. What away to run a business.

The salesman scammed us and kept lying saying we were approved.. he cursed, belittled, and was verbally abusive in trying to get my money back.. he even try to play me and my boyfriend against each other.. this place should be shut down!!!!
