Wow do they lie! Carfax they gave us was completely false. I thought it was suspicious when the emissions testing didnt show up anywhere. Had our own carfax pulled and there was things they actually photoshopped off the carfax! Then we found out all axles were bad and needed replacing! Manufacture dealership said someone tried to hide it by over greasing the axles but they would need replacing soon for $1,600. Warranty is a lie too: it only covers if a part actually fails, not if its in immediate need of repair or replacement. They said because the axles havent actually broke and left the car undriveable the warranty doesnt cover it. So they patch up cars just enough to get to 1,000 miles and then the car will completely break down. How disappointing. UPDATE: After this review we drove 300 miles back to St Louis because Hollywood said they would replace the axles. Dropped the car off night before, and 2 oclock the next day they called saying there was nothing wrong with the axles. What? So the manufacture dealer was lying? They put on a good show showing us the bottom of the car which appeared very clean. But we left and drove it to another manufacture dealer and they found the same thing, grease being thrown underneath car from bad axles. They even showed us the grease under the car and where the car had been wiped clean before. Guess Hollywood thought they could just wipe it off and send us on our way? So not only do they not honor their warranty, they cover up problems, lie about it and waste their customers time with 10 hours of 600 miles round trip driving. I wouldnt trust them with the car anymore, no telling what theyll do. Why didnt they just honor what they said and replace the axles? We would have been happy with that.

Only reason I am giving 3 stars is for the ones who actually care about the relationship of the car buying experience. My salesperson did NOT give accurate information and was blindsided by this at time of purchase. I was signing papers and was informed by the finance person who was amazing and sorry for her that she has to try so hard to recover from the sneaky sales tactics of this salesperson. I am very open and honest and expect to be treated the same. Honesty will sell more so than the "oh surprise" factor. I am so glad my integrity is what it is because when I was in sales you knew EVERYTHING prior to your purchase. As much as I found this one specific vehicle as a perfect match, not worth the headache of knowing you were used for a SALE vs a relationship for future sales. If I was to ever step foot on this lot again, I would call ahead to see if he was still employed there. Despair is ugly.

Walked in to see a van. Owner noticed for sale sign on my vehicle and mentioned it was a high price. I asked to see a van for a friend without need for test drive as I lived close and he asked me to check it out. Owner said I needed to give him my drivers license to even see the car. I told him I would not need to test drive just wanted to look at so I could tell me friend yes it did look clean or no it wasnt necessary to drive to look at it. Owner then said to me "YOU NEED A DRIVERS LICENSE TO EVEN LOOK AT MY CARS, IF YOU CANT DO THAT THEN THERE IS THE DOOR!" So he insults you and then tells you, you have to have something you do not need to be there. Very rude and unprofessional. Recommend not even walking on their lot. Obviously how they treat the public is unimportant to them. They will only be polite if THEY ARE GETTING YOUR MONEY. Shop elsewhere.

One of the WORST car buying experiences of my life. Please dont buy from here. The lying salesman tried to put me in a 2005 Mercedes Benz, valued at $9k for $11k. Then I put $1,000 down payment and they didnt subtract that from the purchase price. They hiked an interest rate of 29% bringing my total to $19,000.00. They stalled on giving me the carfax until time to sign the contract, the car had five different owners, and been in four different states. Not to mention, the car had obvious malfunctions in its computer function. *Will violate your privacy by sending mail to your job without permission. *Shady Salesman... Taking advantage of middle class and minorities *Cars are not in good condition *Finance Manager is racist and a bully. *The minority employees there are so clueless to the manipulation in there own sales department.

Sold vehicle to me knowing the radiator was leaking. The car was a 21k car. After I noticed the sweet smell of antifreeze, they said no thats just normal...And proceeded to "check it out" in the back. The smell went away and I was fine for a while, then months down the road, my radiator was clogged. The repair shop said someone used stop leak and like always it clogged up the car. Great service department guys. Only after I asserted my rights as a car buyer did you offer to pay for the window motors you said were working, but were clearly not. I do appreciate you paying for them, but it should not have taken days of unanswered calls followed by my threats to return the car.

Let me first say when I first arrived to Hollywood Motors I had no clue what I wanted. All I knew was my credit wasnt A-1 and I was looking for my 1st car. I was super nervous and skeptical about goibg to a used car establishment. I called in first to see what was required to apply. I spoke with Harold Osorio and he was very kind and patience with during the process. Everything went well thanks to Mr. Osorio. Ms. Sammone Hohensee was SUPER NICE anf SUPER SWEET!!! They take their time to make sure you understand the entire process. For that I am forever grateful!!!

They were great a first, until after I left with a car that they said would be great for my family. 09 dodge journey rt that I have had to replace the tire on it twice cause they shredded due to bad bushings on the car. Sec... The radio seems to want to cut off on its own, which they said the fixed but didnt. The car jumps out of gear and the engine just revs up, and then to find out theres a recall on it for the ignition and door harnest. So yeah Im not happy that I got played and now cant get them to take care of me.

I came in to Hollywood Motors 2 days prior to the day I purchased my vehicle and they wanted me to put down 3,000 dollars and I told them I dont have that so they couldnt help me that day but the young lady I was working with she was still working my deal out without me even knowing and I surprisely got a call 2 days later and she told me to come in and she worked it out with the 1,500 I had she was awesome! Thank you Sorle Maaloo I pray that God blesses u abundantly sweetie!
