On the my way home from work last week, I noticed the temp Guage in my Infiniti fx35 was way up meaning overheated. I slowed down at 20mph and drove it to Plaza Infiniti, Creve Coeur. Nicky, the service rep., examined the car and instantly offered me a loaner, Infiniti qx50. They held the car for 3 days upon which they found that there was too much leak sealer in the radiator. They flushed the whole system about 4 times to get rid of the dump, changed the thermostat, changed the oil and the fluids. To make sure the problem is totally solved they held the car for couple of days. Satisfied with the results, they called me to pick it up and it looked like brand new, nicely washed. I had estimated much higher cost but Nicky told me that because I purchased the car from them and was extremely polite about everything Plaza Infiniti had absorbed the cost and I was paying nothing. I was marveled because this is the first time I have been given free service in this country. I was so surprised and exhilarated I didnt know what to say but thanked Nicky and his manager. They promised to let them know if anything regarding their work became an issue. This is professionalism, efficiency and customer service at its best. I will recommend this place to anyone who needs car service. I will say "thank you, Nicky and thank you, Plaza Infiniti"!

I only dealt with the service department, but those guys were awesome. I brought in my car thanks to a broken window motor. They set me up with a loaner (which is extremely cheap), called me with an exact estimate of the cost for the window and a few other tune-ups that were needed, and everything was taken care of in a very short amount of time. They also came in about 50 dollars less than the estimate, with no hassle whatsoever. 2 weeks later the same window they fixed was completely smashed out (I live in downtown St. Louis). I brought the car back and gave them the go ahead to fix the window. I later find out that I can get it fixed much cheaper just by dealing directly with the auto glass place myself. Despite having given me a car again (which was an amazing ride, by the way), they didnt charge me anything for cancelling the ordered window or the loaner for the couple of days I had it. As with any dealership, the cost is always going to be a little greater, but these guys were more than accommodating and extremely professional towards me. If I wasnt a broke college student I would probably just go here and pay the extra cost for the treatment and attitude of these guys.

I have a QX60 from Plaza Infiniti that I purchased in March of 2015. The service professionals have been great, in particular, Jim Kennedy and Nicki Korte. When I bought the car, I had been connected with Dan Weirich. Definitely do not try to connect with Dan; he will not take care of you. I called him three times with a question about some service. He never called back. One time, I got him directly and he ordered a part for me that needed to be replaced. He did not call me when the part came in and when I called about something else (I didnt get to talk to him but was talking with another person - he overheard the conversation and said the part was in but he did not have my phone number....really? Look on the computer - in my file... plus I had left a message for him after the part was in so he clearly had my phone number). I do think Plaza Infiniti does a nice job but you need to make sure you are seeing the right person and then they will do a great job!!! I now have Nicki on my direct call list!

I am very pleased with the outcome of my last visit to Plaza of Creve Coeur. I was under the impression that my vehicle was due for a oil change, but as it turned out it was not due. The office representative in the service department (I can not recall his name) was honest enough to inform me of the facts instead of allowing me to spend money on a service that was not needed at the time. I always admire honesty from a salesperson who is not out to take advantage of a situation. On top of that, my vehicle had been emitting a musty oder from the vents. I informed him that the oder had been constant even after a previous visit when the filter (?) was serviced. He spoke with his manager and the filter was replaced. No charge to me!! I can not recall him who waited on me. But, I commend him for his honesty. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD AND HONEST WORK. Integrity and credibility really does go a long way with customers like myself, who have had bad experiences with other dealerships. Thank you very much Plaza.

My first time visiting Plaza Infiniti was a great one. I brought my car in for an oil change and an overall inspection since I knew my warranty would be up in a couple of months and something was wrong with my cars sonar. They fixed a few things they found and since they had to get the part for my sonar overnighted I was given a nice loner car to drive. When I called to see about coming back the next day to pick up my car I was told it would be ready around 4:30 p.m. so Nicki told me to keep the loner over the weekend (unless I wanted to get my car) that way I would not have to drive out in the evening rush hour traffic. When I came in Monday morning to get my car all I had to pay for was the oil change as everything else they did was under warranty. Every person I came in contact with from the minute I pulled up into the carport to the minute I left was helpful, professional,and friendly. Nicki was a pleasure to work with and made my first time coming to Plaza Infiniti very seamless.

Horrible experience!!!!! I dropped my car off to get my thermostat changed and had a recall notice for my air bag inflator. When I arrived to pick my car up, the air cents were broken and I had a cracked windshield. I was not even informed of any damages to my vehicle prior to me picking it up! The attitude of Dave Francosky the service manager as well as the service rep Kody was "yes we damaged your vehicle and didnt tell you, oh well". I am not sure how long Dave has been managing the service dept at Plaza Infiniti but this is the absolute worse service and treatment I have gotten since me as well as many of my family members and close friends have been doing business with Plaza Infiniti and I will be sure to spread the word to as many people as I know of this incident and the horrible service from the service team at Plaza Infiniti. This is an out right disgrace to the Plaza brand!

Plaza Infiniti Service department is amazing. I work with Dan. Every time I call or stop in unannounced he drops his work to service my very limited time restraints. Dan is super professional, prompt, honest and very effective. Dan gives it to you straight, often suggests the best action plan to fit your needs The service team never gives you that "up-charge/add-on services" to get extra money, if they suggest a repair take their advice, seriously. Dan and the entire department will push hard to get you what you need. Plaza Infiniti offer reasonable rates, there are always coupons available and costs less than the "non-dealer shops" Have a Starbucks or some popcorn while you wait, they are the all about "luxury car repair service". You will thank yourself once visiting, Plaza Infiniti in Creve Coeur! I am a 5 year customer and was not asked or paid to write this review.
