So we had the pleasure of working with Alex this morning and I just want to say that in my entire 29 years of living I have never been so comfortable and at ease with a salesman! He wasnt pushy at all. He allowed my wife to make her own decision without pushing her or forcing her which is extremely rare. What I love most is that Alex was definitely a man of his word! He kept in contact with my wife via email prior to us meeting with him and everything that he said or promised he actually did! We were able to seal the deal in under an hour and I just want to thank him for his honest, trustworthy, and welcoming attitude because it is a rarity nowadays. I serve in the United States Army and no matter where the world sends me if I could I would fly back to this dealership if ever Im in need of a new vehicle for myself, my future children/grandchildren.

This is the first time Ive been to this dealer and service department. I could not get heat to come out of the drivers side vents on my Dodge Grand Caravan. They had it for 5 minutes and found that the vent settings were incorrect. Strangely, on this car, the knob labeled AC not only controls the on-off of the AC, but also whether heat comes out on the drivers side. It is confusing, but they explained the problem and sent me on my way. It was "user error". I have an extended warrenty with a $100 deductible. They could have made me sit around for an hour, say they fixed it and charged me the $100. But they didnt. Its nice to know a place where they are honest. Next time, if they say there is something that has to be fixed, Ill trust them more than I usually do.

Buying experience was easy. Chris and Kenny were extremely friendly and helpful. Ive had the car for about 2 months and I found out I had a bad battery. Brought the car to the dealership to see if they could help me out. The battery was out of warranty and the warranty I purchased from my bank didnt cover it. Even though I didnt purchase a warranty from them the sales manager still replaced it for me. Great company great staff great cars! I wont buy any where else from now on and will recommend family and friends to purchase from here as well!!

The sales staff and receptionist are the best u will find. The service people lie. Do terrible work. Two men stood across from a woman and yelled at her while blaming her for their shortcomings. I will always own a Chrysler but I will NEVER spend another dime w this dealership only because of Dan and Rick are so disrespectful and literally said they do not care losing our business. "Im fine with that" was the response (this is easily my familys 10th Chrysler)

Bought a 2015 Chevy Silverado from them. They had apparently done an oil change on it incorrectly. Had it three weeks and needed two quarts of oil. There are no oil leaks. Be aware if you buy anything there other than a Chrysler product.
