I will never deal with Bales Auto Sales again. Within the first week of ownership I had my vehicle in for repairs that should have been caught on the inspection Bales claimed it had. Bales refused to pay for the repairs even after the mechanic Bales uses for their inspection said he never saw the vehicle prior to us bringing it in for repairs.

Eric was very helpful and honest. He even held a vehicle for me with a very small deposit. He gave me a chance to come up with my down payment so I could get financed. Also he worked out the down payment amount with the finance company. I would definitely purchase here again and have already referred friends and family.
