Laurie helped me into a car about 2 years ago...and it has been a good running car, and up until recently Ive been very happy. I recently encountered a pretty decent sized oil leak...I call for an appointment and explain to the person what is going on and she says oh yeah we need to get you in right away! I agreed and she then tells me the only available appointment is a month away...I ask if Im still under warranty and she would not pull up my account to tell me...I knew I was with in the time frame, but I was sitting in my car ready to give her the exact mileage and she wouldnt look it up. I decline the appointment...and went to anot outside shop where I got a good deal but still spent half of my car payment on the repair...while I was there I also got my windshield wipers looked at...theyou moved but the fluid wasnt coming out...that i had asked the service department several timeseats to look at. I use to promote this dealership to everyone, because of how easily I was financed...and how everyone was so nice. I dont know what is going on...if they are combining the Belleville and Woodriver offices...but things seem to have gotten beyond unorganized...when I tried to talk to someone about I scrounged for my car payment but we needed to talk about it because I had just spent 150 on a repair that they didnt have time to fix before my engine blew...no one wanted to talk to me. Then im told seals and gaskets arent covered in the warranty....well then just what is covered?! I went to trade the car in...because it concerns me to have a car with out a warranty....and in a year and a half with $420 a month car payment....Ive paid only 4 grand off....and still owe 9000 which seemed to never change on my recipts....I feel a little defeated and taken advantage of....can not wait to pay it off...and use it as a second car....and get a new car....the only thing I can say Im happy about is my credit score has rose 150 points since buying it

Bought a vehicle and I was never late on payments,but after it broke down I took it in for repairs and they repoed my truck saying it was unsafe to drive and J.D. Byrider of Belleville IL would not return my vehicle and now its been over 7 years and they are still on my credit report through their finance company CNAC. Warning: never buy from these people unless you want to pay for something for nothing.

I have had multiple issues with my vehicle and I have had my car in their shop many times with still no resolution. I have missed much time at work due to the avoidable inconveniences. I filed a complaint through corporate and was told I would hear back from the president of the company or a "higher-up" at the location and still have yet to hear back from anyone.

My experience with J.D. Byrider was very good. Customer service was excellent and pleasant. Nothing was rushed, everything was explained so i could understand. Id rather not give these people any stars because they were flat out rude to my pregnant wife and i. Jen was not friendly at all she looked at my wife as if she was some type of criminal or something. I highly recommend if someone is wanting to get a car dont go to these people very very dissrespectful!!!

Excellent service!! I saw the car I wanted and that was the car they got for me! They worked with me and even though my credit isnt good they got me financed and I brought it home that same day! Thank you to the whole staff and our wonderful salesperson! I am very happy with my whole experience!
