Went to the GM service center this morning. Two service writers helped me right away when I pulled in. They both understood my needs and got my car right to the shop. Waiting room was very nice and was greeted by at least 6 people while waiting. More than one asked if they could get me coffee or anything else. The service work was all completed in the quoted time and cost. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
