Horrible car buying experience. We will never purchase from this dealership again. Purchased a new prius that already had the windows tinted by a contract tinter the dealership hired. We noticed that the tinting had bubbled in several places and were told it would be re-tinted as part of our purchase agreement. The dealership sent a tint guy to our house to do the re-tinting. He was late and the tinting job was worse that than it was before he came. There were chunks of debris in between the tint and the window. We then took the car back to Principle (with my 3 month old in tow) to have it tinted yet again. They put us in a rental car that clearly had not been cleaned and even had a bag of trash in the floor board. Before we picked up our car, two different sales people supposedly looked it over and said it looked good. When we showed up (again, with our 3 month old), the tint still had bubbles. We then requested that the dealership pay for us to take it to an outside company to have the tint removed and re-tinted yet again. After dropping the car off at the outside tint shop, we received a call notifying us that a defog line in back window had been cut by the dealership tinter and that the small window in the back that has the radio antenna built into it had also been scraped to bits by the dealership tinter - which explained why some of the radio stations wouldnt pick up in the car. We were then told that we needed to bring the car back to Principle to have the windows inspected. They agreed to give us a rental car while the windows were being replaced and the sales manager (Peter) said they would have everything ready for us when we got there. So I arrived (again with my 3 month old) and NO ONE had been informed that I was coming. The service manager who was supposed to inspect the car had no idea I was coming and the rental car was not ready. The first rental car they brought around was dirty once again and they had to get another car and clean it while I waited there with my baby. I was there for over an hour. I met with another sales manager (Jeff) who was just as slimy as the first sales manager (Peter) and said things like "well at least we are giving you a rental - most dealerships wouldnt do that" and "good thing this didnt happen in the winter." He obvious did not genuinely care about our inconvenience or how challenging this was to be coming back and forth to the dealership and window tint shop with an infant. I requested that the dealership also reimburse us for some all-weather mats we purchased for the car ($100 value) for our inconvenience and was told that they would check and see what they could do. I also was told that, when the windows were replaced, that that the dealership would then bring the car the outside tint shop so we did not have make another trip to the dealership. Two different managers were present when this was offered. When I was notified that the windows had been replaced and the car was ready, I asked about taking the car to the outside tint shop, as they had offered. I was then told that they could not do that for liability reasons - even though they were the ones who initially offered to this in the first place. I also was told that the general manager would not reimburse us for the floor mats. I was made aware that Principle intended to bill the contract tinter who messed up the tint the first three times for the replacement windows and our re-tinting. So, no money would be lost by the dealership. But apparently asking for the floor mats was too much. Horrible, horrible, customer service. Never have I felt so disrespected and like my time did not matter. Cannot stress enough - do not buy from this dealership. They are dishonest and do not truly care about their customers.

My husband called yesterday to set up an appointment for today to see a Nissan truck they had for sale. Told them we were driving 2 hours one way to see it. (4+ hour trip.) Sales girl immediately wants to know "what we are driving". I said "Im looking to buy a truck, Im not looking to trade anything in." She seems disappointed. Got in it and immediately the tire pressure warning light was on. Started driving it and five minutes into it the MASTER WARNING Light came on. Got out the manual to check the warning lights while the sales girl was in the truck with us. She barely said anything the whole time, it was the weirdest test drive Ive ever been on, I mean she knew NOTHING ABOUT this TRUCK, I dont think she even knows even anything about cars besides how to open the door and start the engine!! She had no sales pitch, she didnt want to show me a carfax, she just said "oh..this is a good truck." Get back to the dealer she says she can get it in the service to see what the problem is. She disappears for about 20-30 minutes. We stand around the lobby like idiots....getting that "we better not buy this truck feeling". (Meanwhile, tons of sales people just milling around doing nothing...at least 8 or 9 of them.) She comes back out with the truck and says oh, it was just the gas warning light. Which, Im sorry, but it was not even close to the being the gas warning light, I read the manual. They were desperate to sell it to me, thankfully we did not buy because that would have been a whole can of worms. In the meanwhile as we were waiting and staring at their really bored sales staff, the only good thing to come of it is we were able to call and check on another truck we were thinking of looking at at Perkins Auto Plex. So, I guess that is a plus because it saved me THOUSANDS of dollars and who knows how many nightmare future bad experience. Worst dealership Ive been to in my life! Sales girl was mad when we said we were leaving but not as mad as me for wasting an entire day of my time and money. We are going to Perkins Auto Plex where so far we have been treated like VIPs - they are getting a truck sent from Nashville to Jackson by first thing in the morning for us to test drive - GUARANTEED to be mechanically sound with warranty. We literally were talking to Perkins Auto Plex as we were leaving this dealer and by the time we got out of the parking lot had the other truck on its way from Nashville by morning...literally in less than 5 minutes. Dont waste your time with this Toyota dealer. Thankfully, they showed their true colors before I showed them my cash wallet. What a joke!!

I was forced into buying another car because of accident I had. My friends and family know how much I hate the car buying experience. I would rather have all my teeth remove without sedation than to walk on a car lot to look at cars. However, after I saw the Honda CRV last Saturday, I knew that it was my car. But now I had to deal with the dreaded salesperson (no offense). Since the dealership was not open on Sunday, my boyfriend suggested that I start the process online. So I did. I filled out the credit application which was quick and easy. Then I made and online offer. On Monday morning I had a email from David Handley. We email several times regarding the price. I had to think about the offer and I felt no pressure to make a final decision. I then received from Brandon Hoss (the dreaded saleperson) and he was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Again. I felt no pressure and he walked me thru the process step by step. I call him back and took the plunge. After we had a price, Richard called and explained my finance options. He was very patient with me as I ask questions. It was after 5 pm and I did not have transportation to get to the dealership. Brandon even offered to come pick me. Instead I asked if I could hold the car with a deposit and finish the next day. I talked to Brandon as I was heading out to the dealership. I told him that it was my birthday and I had dinner reservations and I that I didnt want to be there all night. He told me that he would get me in and out as quickly as possible. Brandon delivered along with assistance from Buddy. Both Brandon and Buddy made everything clear and concise. I was in and out within about an hour and 15 mins. which include a short drive. Your sales team has restored my faith in buying a car. I think that was the least stress car buying experience I have ever had. I felt like I was treated well and feel like I have a great car at a great price. Thank you so much for value me as a customer......I would recommend Brandon Hoss highly. You started my birthday off with a bang!!!
