I recently got stationed back in Biloxi after being away for almost 4 years and was considering getting back into a Nissan so when a fellow Airman needed to have their vehicle serviced I took the opportunity to ride with them to browse the lot as we waited. As we pulled in it took some time for us to be greeted and I immediately noticed how unorganized the service area was. Some advisers looked at us like they didnt know if they should approach or someone else should. After we finally got taken care of I decided to break away a view the lot. Walked around for about 30/45 minutes browsing the lot and came back thinking they would be close to being finished with the oil change and rotate. To my surprise they were not. So I decided to step outside for a smoke break and overheard some advisers make some unsavory comments about a customer. Once done with my smoke break I came back inside and told my friend what I heard and she immediately told me she had also heard some off the wall comments about females from 2 male advisors. So I figured I would politely speak with the service manager about issue and walked back out to do so. Well when I walked in front of his office I noticed that the manager was one of the advisers(so I thought) that I heard say an unsavory comment. So I asked one of the advisors if the service manager was in just hoping that who I saw behind the desk was not the service manager and just an adviser and they said yes hes in there now would you like to speak with him? I declined. I have never been to such an unprofessional dealership for service in my life. Once we left all we talked about is what we got to listen to from supposedly the professional staff at Pat Peck Nissan. We didnt even talk about the long wait time nor the smudges left on the interior door panels and radio buttons. I do not know what has changed other than most of the staff from 4 years ago but it has changed for the worst. I however will not be back to Pat Peck Nissan if I decide to buy Nissan again. My friend will not come back to Pat Peck and will be taking her business to Estabrook which I may as well. Pat Peck you need to fix these issues as I can assure you we will not be back. In most places what we have heard from your employees and manager would warrant a firing of both and in the Airforce you could easily ruin your career for making the same comments. I would have called and spoke with his boss but from the negative reviews I have seen posted before me I can tell nothing will change. I implore future and current customers to beware.

Pat Peck Nissan was the most professional car buying experience I have ever had from start to finish. A friend of mine recommended a sales consultant John "Johnny" Knight. He said his car shopping experience was extremely friendly and professional with Johnny. So much so that he told me to ask for him by name upon arrival. When we got to the dealership Johnny came out and spoke with us for a few minutes and explained he was in the middle of writing up a contract for a new car buyer. He told me he would get with us as soon as he was finished with the other customer but that his friend Greg Holmes another sales consultant would be here to help us in any way possible. We were put off at first and decided to cruise the lot ourselves. We located a vehicle we wanted to test drive and Greg came along. He was honest and forthright with his personal knowledge of the vehicle. I did not feel pressure at any point! I did not intend to buy that day but was so pleased with the process and friendly service that I decided to. If they could get me to walk out on my terms with the monthly payment I was comfortable with, it was a done deal. I set the bar early on and Greg said he could oblige. Well, he was a man of his word. Not only did he assist with a smooth trade in of my previous car, but he also worked with me in negotiations until I was comfortable. When I went to fill out paperwork with the Business Manager Eric Tenorio, I was again blown away at how professional and polite he was. Clearly he does not get paid based on vehicles sold and works for a base salary but he continued the personal and professional service I had been treated to all afternoon. I can not speak of all employees at Pat Peck Nissan but I sure can about John"Johnny"Knight, Greg Holmes, and Eric Tenorio. These gentlemen were extremely friendly, personal, and professional! There is no other dealership in the gulf coast area that I would even entertain purchasing a car from! Pat Peck Nissan is the only one.

My wife and I were looking to find a new car, we had a list of different cars and dealerships to go to and started out with the furthest of them first. My wife is short and does not like bigger or longer cars so she is really difficult to shop for. Instead of a list of good MPG cars. she had a list of different lengths of cars! When we got to pat peck kia, we were greeted kindly by a man who stated that a dealer would be with us shortly from the pat peck nissan down the street a little ways. A few moments later we met our dealer named Tim Michael. He was nice and did not hound us into, well this car is nice....oh you should have this one! He greeted us and asked us what we might be looking for. She had a few cars on her list from their dealership, and we got to look at them. Tim drove the cars over to us at the kia dealership from the nissan dealership. After talking with him a bit and test driving the cars we told him we had a few other places to go look at and if she decided she wanted one of their cars we would give him a call. Stopping at Allen Toyota was horrible, the salesman instantly tried to push us into a car and even tried to sell us a car in poor condition for over what we were looking for!!! Leaving their we stopped off at Astro ford because it was close by. When we got there NO ONE even came out to greet us or anything. We walked around the lot a few times to see if the car on her list was there and it was not, so we left. I called Tim up and said my wife was interested in the kia rio we had test drove and it was waiting and ready for when we got there. We felt bad about making them all stay over the time they were to close, but we had wonderful service and my wife finally has the small car she wanted. The car is a 08 kia rio and it is in excellent condition. Tim was a great dealer, helpful, and everyone else that helped us was as well. Pat Peck is a great place to go if you are looking for a used or a new car!!! Thank you everyone at Pat Peck.
