I enjoy working on my own vehicles but with todays complex computer systems, I can only go so far. After tinkering with my truck for about a week and being unable to fix it myself, I decided to give Brian Bemis a try. When I called to schedule an appointment, the service personel was so friendly I was really taken back. Dropping the truck off was a breeze, the staff is very knowledgable. I elected to take a shuttle ride home and the shuttle driver, Chuck, is so friendly I really felt like he could be a part of my family. I recieved a call within an hour with the complete diagnosis and to my surprise the quote was far less than I had anticipated. The truck was repaired a couple hours later and I recieved a call that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick the truck up, the cashier was very friendly and when I looked over my invoice to my surprise I was not charged to diagnose one of my complaints that I decided not to have fixed. Brian Bemis Dodge Service department is top notch!! My truck was fixed properly and I have had no problems since! Thank you for the great service!

Bought a brand new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee here. The jeep did not have the correct rims on it (due to a prior potential buyer that didnt want them) and they were more than happy to put the correct ones on for me. Daila and the manager were very easy to work with, enthusiastic, and friendly. Since the service department was gone for the night because of how late it was, I wasnt able to take my new vehicle home with me. They gave me a loaner car for the night and gave me a 2017 Grand Cherokee. The manager offered to have an employee drive out to my area (since we live over an hour away from the dealership) the next morning, which I thought was SO convenient and extremely nice. Overall, they made efforts to fix two small scratches inside the door frame at no cost to me. I would totally recommend Brian Bemis to anyone looking for a car. Everything went very smoothly!

Had called for 3 days to speak with financial and messages left with no return call. Had to call cooperate office to get my question answered. Found out I had to go into the dealership to fill out a paper. Could have gone in on Saturday or Monday if one of my phone messages would have been answered. Had to leave work early to get to dealership. Once there, there was no reception desk in show room, Stood and waited for 15min while staff sat in office. No one came out to ask if I had been assisted or to let me know someone would be out to assist me as soon as someone was available. When I was assisted the person I had to speak to was at the facility next door and was asked to wait for him to come. Had to wait another 1/2 hour till he arrived. Once he arrived he took 10 minutes to get 1 form for me to sign. Poor customer service experience this past week.

I will never purchase a car from them ever again. The finance guy complained the whole time about how he should never have came in on his day off. And we got told that since we lived out of state we didnt have to pay taxes till we got back home. They told us where the first deal of the day and it still took them two hours for them to get our paperwork ready. And we had already been Preapproved so they did not have to contact any banks. When we got back to the finance office the finance guy told us that we did have to pay the taxes right then. I was already planning on paying the taxes but it Is just the fact that we had two different people tell us one thing and then the finance guy told something different. They are unprofessional and I will never go back here again.

My mom and I were on I-88 and the charging system light went on in her vehicle. After a stop at a gas station to get directions to a service station, we found Brian Bemis World Auto dealership in Sycamore, Illinois. Alex, in the service department, was able to get the vehicle in to be inspected. After finding out what was wrong with the vehicle, we thought our day of shopping would be coming to a halt. Joe Parks, the general sales manager, heard what was going on and loaned us a vehicle for the remainder of the day. We were elated that our plans for shopping were back on. Thank you SO MUCH Joe, Alex, and all other employees at this wonderful dealership for taking a bad situation and turning it into a great experience!

I would NOT spend my money at Brian Bemis again. There are better places. I found this out the hard way. Their inspection system for used cars is not worth a nickel. I am usually very good about looking over everything and picking up on problems. This time (1st with Bemis) I just counted on reliability- Honda service is great. Sales and management will sell you anything they can, regardless of if it is a piece of crap. After our lemon, I went back, 3 of 5 cars I drove went through the inspection and were only worth half of what they were asking. LOTS of problems including squishy brakes. Totally recommend BOB Rohrman up in Gurnee for a quality product for the price you pay-

First time coming here as we just moved out to Sycamore. This is one of the most honest and professional dealerships I have ever been to. I took my jeep for a 2nd opinion as I was told I needed new bushings, tie rods, and ball joints from Merlin for $1,500. They were honest and told me that I didnt need to touch my front suspension and it was in great shape. Tony one of the managers was friendly, responsive and courteous along with the repair techs as I did need to take my car in for recalls and a serpentine belt. I recommend this dealership to any one. I would drive out of my way from where we used to live (Aurora/Naperville) to go to have my car work done here. A+++++

My husband and I bought our 1st vehicle together just over a month ago. Sales rep, CeCe, was outstanding. She really made the extra effort to understood the importance of a vehicle that met our families needs as well as staying within our budget. She was not a pushy sales rep who scared us off from our first major purchase, but instead actually convinced us to come back for a vehicle! I would recommend working with CeCe to anyone and especially those who are intimidated by the car buying process.

Recieved a letter from them saying they wanted to buy my vehicle so i went to see what it was all about. I was going to see about selling it and getting a new/ used vehicle. Was there for hour and half. Still didnt have results of credit or which vehicle i was approved for. We left because i had an appointment and now are waiting for a phone call. Update...yesterday i called because i still havent recieved a phone call. Talked to jeff who said hed call me back within an hour. Never heard back.
