Went to get a cheap oil change. When I left they had rolled down my passenger window and it would not roll back up. I said I would not make a big deal out of it if they would fix it cheap. Service manager said that the window regulator and motor were one unit and would end up being $360 for parts and labor. I decided to bite the bullet and said "OK". Big mistake! Told them to save the parts because I promised my kid the motor from it. Service guy says "no problem". Pick up my car which is covered in grease on the inside of the door and they do not have the old parts. I politely ask to see them and they have the window regulator boxed up to sell to a used parts place. Service manager proceeds to tell me that there is a "core" charge for the regulator. Only a newborn would believe that. Best part is there is no motor. They change their story again to say that it does not come with the new motor even though three service guys tell me before that it does. Since two of them were there watching this I ask them and the service manager will not let them answer. Upshot is they lie to you about reason for cost of repairs. They lie about what they replace and will not save parts to show you. Should have fixed it myself but I made the mistake of wanting a "professional job". Anyplace else would be more honest.

Last summer I had my 2006 Ford in for warranty work. The air conditioner was making noises in the rear of my vehicle. There was a recall on the hood and rear gate for corrosion. The dashboard squeaked on the passenger side, and the front passenger doorlock would only work occasionally. They sublet the paintwork to Woodstock Auto Body which looked great. I picked up the car and they told me they could not figure out how to fix the doorlock, and the dash started to squeak again. The a/c noise was fixed, however now the air conditioner did not blow cold air. I called them to schedule another apointment. I told them I neeed the car, and could not bring it in until the end of the week. When I stopped in to check on the car they told me it would be $600! I said that it should still be under warranty. They told me that my $41,000 vehicle was FIVE days out of my three year factory warranty and would not cover it. (I was still under 36,000 miles) It did not matter to them that the a/c worked when I brought it in the week before. They told me I should never have taken the vehicle, even though they told me it was finished, and I was out of luck! Nice customer service. I will not reccomend them, and I got rid of my Expedition.

I went in to Bull Valley Ford just to look at the 2016 Escape. I didnt really have a solid plan to buy a new vehicle. In fact, I havent bought a new vehicle in 30 years. Most of the cars I have bought have been used. But I liked the 2016 Escape, and the salesman was very low key, friendly, and accommodating. I was kind of picky about what options I wanted, and rather than try to sell me a vehicle on the lot that wasnt exactly what I wanted, he ordered the exact package I wanted from the factory. Although they said it might take 6-8 weeks, my new Escape was ready in 4 weeks. I got a great deal, and a good trade in price on my old Escape. I guess the only reason I wouldnt give it a 5 star rating is that I dont think I will ever "love" the car buying experience. Looking at other reviews, I guess its okay to identify the sales person by name. D.J. Davis was incredibly helpful, straightforward, and adapted well to a rapidly changing situation.

Pushy salesman that wouldnt let us leave. They didnt have the vehicle with the options we wanted, but another dealer did. Salesman kept asking "what do I have to do to make you a customer today?" This was Friday afternoon, and he wouldnt listen to my wife who said exactly what we wanted when we walked in. He kept trying to up-sell us to something else. When we FINALLY made a deal, he said he had to get his inventory manager to get in touch with the other dealer before the holiday weekend. He left and came back and said that everything was good. He called us on Saturday. Everything is still good to go for a Monday or maybe Weds delivery. No call today, so i call them. Now the excuses come out. "The inventory manager at the other dealer is on vacation". "We need to see your trade before we bring the car from the other dealer". Etc....etc.....etc. Hes still trying to up-sell us. Pitiful. Stay away!!!

Bought a van July 2016. Within one day, we brought back for service for the windshield wiper fluid. It was broke so they "fixed" free of charge. Except, it was never fixed. It never sprays any liquid out. September rolls around, and the brakes are screeching bad. I call and complain (how would I have brake issues after less than 2 months ?!?!?) They fix....for free. This is the reason why I gave 1 star at all. Now its June 2017....time for emissions! Youd think a car I just bought....less than a year ago, would pass and everything would be find. Nope! Fail. This time Im not contacting the dealership, because itll be a joke. Time to bite the bullet and pay for what need a fixing....that should not have issues in less than a year!!! They clearly did not inspect this van very well. We will never buy from here again. Sold me a lemon!!!! Also the managers were rude.

My husband and I recently traded in my husbands 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX for a larger, family car. My husband struggled with letting go of his "precious baby," but much to our surprise, was able to find something at Bull Valley Ford that satisfied both of our needs. Thanks to Alex Cazares for finding us the 2011 Ford Taurus SHO that gave me the space and safety I needed while also giving into my husbands need for a "fast, manly" car. We are very thankful that our needs and wants were heard and kept in mind when we were previewing our options. We never once felt pressured into making a decision we werent willing and able to make. We are truly grateful for all of your help throughout the entire process and have already recommended you to several of our family and friends in the market for a new car!

I purchased a 2013 edge in June. I absolutely love it! Justin was my sales person and did a phenomenal job. Took my vehicle in for an oil change at a later date and walked the lot while waiting. I found out Justin had moved away and was disappointed because he went above and beyond. I then was given another sales person, James. James worked with me on another purchase for my wife. James was even better than Justin. He worked with me on price and my trade in. I have sent others to see the Bull Valley team and they have all been impressed with there knowledge and professionalism. I love Bull Valley Ford and will be a customer of theres for as long as I buy cars. Thanks again Bull Valley!
